I drove about two hours to pick up a new day pack before a long day hike on one of the trails off of the Kanc. I walked into the store and was greeted immediately by an employee! I explained what I needed and was brought over to the packs to try several on. The employee even brought over a sand bag to add weight to the pack as I walked around a bit before making my decision. During this time, I noticed that every person that walked in also was greeted by one of the employees or the manager herself. All in all, it was a fantastic experience. Customer service and knowledge are huge and this place has both.

This is the third time weve gone to this gigantic store and they have not had the most basic item for outdoor sports. First time winter in New England not one Microspike, second time summer in New England not one drinking playtpus to go on your backpack, today no backpacking fuel. Seriously in the age of computers they dont have automatic inventory that orders the basic stuff and make sure its on the shelf. WOW
