I went in there to get some pre cooked and packaged food for a camping trip and the salesperson, Matt, wouldnt leave me alone. I got the feeling he was afraid I was going to steal something and he kept hovering over me and wouldnt shut up about some trip he took and what food he thought was tasty. He kept going on and on about a fancy new (and expensive) camp stove which I guess he was eager to sell to me. I quickly bought some granola bars just to get the heck out of there as soon as I could. When I needed to buy a few kayaks last summer you could be sure that I bought them elsewhere where Im treated with a bit of respect.

Great store. I am a local and have shopped here year round. Friendly and knowledgable staff. Good selection of kayaking, back country, and casual clothing. I bought new internal frame backpack here recently, and the salesperson had the knowledge and spent the time to adjust it for me.
