Alicia (owner) is one of the most wonderful people Ive met in the flow community, with a professional and caring demeanor. From starting me on my path with a custom hoop to teaching me how to determine my hoop size based on my height and weight, she has been extremely helpful in getting me the right props to perform with. The hoops are made in a timely manner despite how many orders she gets in, and are professional grade and sturdy. So far Ive ordered two hoops from her, and while I am awaiting my second hoop my first one was the perfect fit for me. FSS is a wonderful shop and has a wonderful community of people surrounding it as well.

I bought my first hoop from FFS and I am so pleased with the service provided. The hoop is beautiful and more importantly, Alicia is so helpful and kind. I had no idea what specs I needed and she helped me figure it out without making me feel dumb about it. When my hoop arrived it was wrapped like a present. It was exactly what I wanted and its the one I use the most. She keeps in contact with customers through out the whole process and runs a wonderful group on Facebook for hoopers of all skill levels. One of the best hoopsmiths Ive encountered!
