Outstanding work. Excellent attitude. Great crew pulled together for a small but involved kitchen job. All pulled together by Todd Mizee. Putting in a gas/electric convection oven with a down-draft required carpentry, HVAC, gas, electrical, and finish work. All of this in addition to filling, reshaping, and dry walling a hole left from our removing a soffit from the ceiling in the kitchen. Thanks for doing the important stuff: like getting our input for making texture transitions in the ceiling joining the kitchen and family areas. And paying attention to MORE than just the job at hand, but also noticing things like the detached heating duct in the crawl space AND then actually fixing it!!! Not to mention that these "strangers" in our home were respectful and a pleasure to have working under the same roof and it all done in just three days as Todd planned! Such a PLEASURE to find competent, polite, and thoughtful local CRAFTSMEN (Scappoose, St Helens, Vernonia). So from us, we give a big THANK YOU to all: Dave Warnock of Cumulus Designs and his coworker Pat. Jamie and Ben of Mr. Electric. As always! Riley Baker (Sharps Plumbing). And above all; thanks to Todd Mizee for coordinating their work, not to mention his clever ideas for the DETAILS of the overall remodel.
