Iguana Micro is my usual go to computer shop. Ive built 3 or 4 home computers over the years. Ive gone to the other local shop (ENU), but enjoy shopping at Iguana better. ENU has a weird feeling - the part picker has to take it to the person behind the desk who approves it then they bring it to you to pay. Iguana Micro - what you see is what you get. Initially, I thought only who I now know is Jeff worked there. Then I met Matt. Both helpful enough. Once I strayed and ordered a computer case from Newegg because Iguana Micro didnt have it. Newegg screwed up the order, so I ended up buying something from Iguana Micro. Iguana Micros prices are ok. You avoid shipping and they are convenient to be able to run in and get what you want. Thats worth something.

I came here to get my PC fixed. I thought something may be wrong with the motherboard as the PC wouldnt even post. Upon farther investigation he was able to isolate the Intel CPU as defective. Fortunately the CPU was covered under warranty and was replaced for free (from Intel) plus a minimal fee to install the new CPU. I didnt even know the warranty program existed. Had I repaired the machine myself I would have spent hundreds of dollars on a new CPU. Thank you! Service has always been good and honest. You cant beat a business that is built on trust.

Working at Intel and needing parts in a big hurry is pretty common for me. Luckily Iguana is right across the street. I believe in supporting the local economy so this works out extremely well. If its a matter of Iguana being $20 more than I can order online Ill gladly buy locally. However some of the prices can be relatively more expensive than online prices (even after shipping costs) and sadly (especially with todays economy) Ill buy from Newegg. I wish much success to Iguana. Thanks for your years of service Matt and Jeff!

Ive been shopping here for years! Matt, the owner of Iguana Micro offers a great selection of Computer parts at competitive prices! He even beats newegg prices on certain items! Hes always very friendly & helpful. Jeff, his only employee that I know of is also very knowledgeable. Im all about supporting the local economy and Ill continue to shop here for years to come!

Ive been dealing with these gents since PC Hydens back in the day. Ive always gotten top notch support here. Ive had them build me several gaming rigs over the years and taken stuff to them to fix. I pop in to buy stuff occasionally and they always have good recommendations. Look forward to doing business at Iguana for years to come.

They have an OK selection of products at reasonable prices, but they dont know how to communicate. The guy behind the counter seems to know what he is talking about but is reluctant to share his knowledge, except for a bit here and there. Overall very frustrating experience. I wont go back, and can not recommend them.

Iguana has been great to deal with for years. They wont hold your hand like a big box store will, but they do have good prices on the parts that computer enthusiasts and power users want and need, while the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful.

There are not too many places like this left. Get real computer hardware from a local store. They sponsor local PC gaming events regularly as well. Fun little shop with friendly staff.
