Horrible business. Said they fixed my computer by uploading windows 7 back on to it 2 weeks later its not working once again and I take it in with recite with me anfor until he pointed it out I didnt realise he had put on my recite upgraded to Windows 10 I had in fact not been upgraded I told him open my computer it says windows 7 he then ordered me out of the store or he would call the cops. I was not rude and my boyfriend was present when I had picked up my computer the first time and he had told me he recommended windows ten for another 60 dollars. I had declined because windows 7 was fixed and is in fact still supported by Microsoft. Needless to say I will not ever return and I will always recommend people not take anything electronic to them. Very rude unprofessional and fraudulent

I dont usually make it a habit of bashing local businesses but if you have a 3 yr old child, take your computer to them first. No help whatsoever. This shop charged me $15 for diagnostics that I already told them I had done and when asked if they had done the other stuff that they said they were going to do the guy just said no and held out his hand for the money, and I dont even want to talk about getting an update on your repair I was practically hung up on and told if you havent got a call they havent got to it yet. Lousy service, bad techs, and a horrible business. I took my hard drive home and had it working within minutes after being told it was failing.

They were kind and were able to fix my computer. They gave me options and even good information to help with other devices. It only cost me $30.00. I even got assistant out to the car. They will be my go to computer repair shop. When I would go "Geek Squad" it would be a minimum of $100.00
