If you are looking for a system that will completely overhaul your office operation, Service Desk might be a good option. However, if you intend to maintain any specific process or facet of a system that youve refined over the years, youll likely be met with difficulty. Regarding the 1 year Satisfaction Guarantee that Rossware offers, there are strings attached that are not clearly defined. The guarantee leaves "fully implement the software for a minimum of 30 days" subject to Rosswares interpretation without an upfront detailed explanation of what "fully implementing" entails. There are portions of the software that a company may be reluctant to use, or use minimally according to their need, and that choice would disqualify them for the satisfaction guarantee. We were met with this challenge and were forced to put time and money into doing tasks within the program that would not have otherwise used, to show that we had "fully implemented" the program. After abiding the request to do so, we were measured on how comprehensively we had used the software and turned down for the satisfaction guarantee to get our money back. We were told that there we still other things that we had not used to prove we had a full comprehension of what the software offers. We were quite aware of how certain parts of the program could be good for some companies, but maybe not all companies, ours included. We eventually had to realize we were putting more money into trying to get our money back than was worth the expense, so we gave up jumping through their "satisfaction guarantee" hoops, it was just too costly to play their game with unclear indefinite rules. Overall, we were dissatisfied with our purchase and had to eat the entire cost despite the assurance of a satisfaction guarantee.

Rossware is OUTSTANDING ! We have used Rossware for 15 months . Glade ,Aaron , Kenton , Matt are all spectacular people! They have all been super patient with me and our office , while we are NOT computer people , they have patiently and repeatedly helped me personally over he phone . Glade Ross is dynamic ! Anyone who can achieve the level he has taken Rossware to needs and award equal to a super bowl trophy ! If the service industry only knew how many complications there are to providing a software to fully function in todays market place ........ I think all of us would be overwhelmed with data.

After being on line and on the phone a couple of times and promised it will be take care of an issue we had the peaple they had had not a clue what i was talking about firs and then one of there techs told me that the problem was solved after a week i tried again and it was not solved finaly after many phone calls the owner got involed and send me an e mail i should get a new screen that will solve my issue but afterr chatting whith him on the phone he finaly figured out the issue after a weeks of frustraying
