OK, heres the scoop... I found the salesman I worked with (Mark) to be very friendly and knowledgeable. And the prices could not be beat... the TV I purchased (an LG 47 LD LED TV) was a full $100 under the price of the same TV at Costco right across the street. BUT... when I ordered my TV, I was told it wasnt in stock but that I would have it the next Wednesday (4 days later). After a week, it still wasnt in. After two weeks, it still wasnt in... it took nearly four weeks to get my TV. I ordered it on November 26th, got it just before Christmas. During this time, I called the shop four times, asking that my salesperson call me back to let me know what was happening... I never got a call back. I finally went back to the shop in person to talk to him and find out what was going on. All in all, on the front end, this is an excellent store... but if your TV is on back-order, expect it to be much longer than they promise you when they are trying to sell you the TV.

Second TV and DVD player from Video Only, which included a great customer service experience, product selection and best prices around for what I needed, thank you John Fogelson. I returned to Video Only this second time because of the friendly, courteous, patient, knowledgeable service I received the first time, along with the excellent product recommendations/prices. John Fogelson did all of the above and did not disappoint. He listened, made recommendations, gave me quotes and did not pressure or press. I did my homework (via the web), comparative shopping (local shops), and happily purchased with confidence from John Folelson at Video Only. John Fogelson also went out of his way to trouble shoot a possible problem for me after the fact, making sure Video Only stands behind their sales, products and understands the meaning of customer service. I recommend John and Video Only.

These reviewers must be going to a different store, or maybe they work at a competitor. I recommend asking for Matt Schultz. He has worked at Video Only for a number of years and I have purchased multiple TVs, a stereo receiver, speakers, accessories and lots of other items from Matt. I have always received great service and have never had any complaints. Its to the point where my entire family goes to buy from Video Only. My father purchased a TV and stereo receiver, my mother a plasma tv, my brother an LCD and my sister also bought her TV from Matt. None of them ever had a complaint. Some people arent happy unless their complaining, and maybe they have had a bad experience...I wasnt there. But I can definitely vouch for Matt and have recommended him to many, many of my friends and family. Hell give you the best price and service.

Worst experience ever. They are very nice and very helpful, they answer any questions and provide you with the best customer care if you buy. However after you buy they turn In to the worst people. I bought a VCR very nice people very helpful, and after I took it home, and talk to my wife she didn’t wanted so I brought it back “Un open box”. As soon as I got there, they look very upset, they open up the box to check nothing was missing and claim it was open, and no money back, only in-store credit. Good luck Trying to cash that back, they make you fill up papers and delay your purchase until it Gets approved from store by this time is 4 week later. And when you get the item, they are rude and very mean. Worst experience ever, not going back again.

We drove 3 hours each way to the Eugene, OR store. We bought a new $2k TV and BlueRay thru them. Got home, plugged it in, got Momma all fixed up with 3D glasses and everything (shes 91) and sat down to watch a movie. Had it playing for maybe 5-10 minutes and it went black, dead. Immediately emailed Video Only. I found them to be VERY rude and not willing to help us replace the TV. A couple years later, I called them for assistance to locate which wireless USB adapter I should use for the same TV. The man on the other end of the phone was VERY rude and gold me to GOOGLE it that they no longer carried the TVs or the adapters. If you want great and pleasant dealings, dont deal here!

My wife and I have frequented this store on and off for years, having purchased complete 7.1 theatre and dig. cameras for ourselves as well as screens/sound systems for our children. Service has been stellar and prices are comparable or lower than competitors (including Costco for screens - not necessarily for accessories). Inventory is of the latest technology, hours are superb year-round, and parking is always a few steps from the door.

HORRID customer service. Tacky salesman tactics, not above pulling a con to get you to buy, will even tag-team the sales pitches among themselves. Entire staff just complete snakes, Scams, unauthorized charges, backorders are a joke, rip off, defective product, poor service. Dont waste your money or time. Try and Google "Video Only complaints" and see for yourself.

Always have had a really good experience shopping here. They always have the best price and are always willing to work with you. The competing big box stores cant compete - Video Only is the first to display the latest sets and they actually have an appropriate environment to showcase them (no big box overhead lighting). Couldnt recommend them enough!

Oh my goodness! One bad experience and people rip on the business. I have done a great deal of trade with this store because I do the technology purchasing for a big organization. I have had a bump in the road here and there but the pricing is awesome and they know their products. I have had at least as much problem with other electronic stores.

Horrible had tv 40 days broke and they wont do nothing about it. David the manager lied right to my face about warranty their warranty is crap they want you to send you tv back to manufacture they just sell them they dont warranty them stay away from this company

In the age of online shopping I was concerned about prices and selection. Dont be. The sales person was happy to let me compare online at the store, and there is a value to a knowledgeable salesperson that no amount of online reviews can replace. /irony

While this is obviously the car lot of electronics, the staff if helpful and will make deals on the products they sale. They are helpful since they are invested in the fact that you are happy with your purchase and want to make sure you will come back.

Friendly and helpful staff. Kind of pushy with the add on service and devices, but is to be expected from a retail store. Great price on TVs, but really do your research on the extra stuff like sound bars, and HDMI cables, they seemed a bit pricey.

Good prices, Had what I wanted. Yeah, kind reminded me of a car dealership. But I enjoyed the experience. I would purchase again. Sounds like the babies below wouldnt;-)
