I called them to see if they could help with removing a heathly partition that was taking up a huge amount of my drive that I couldnt get rid of from my hard drive. they said it would cost $95 dollars and I would have to leave my pc there for about 3 days. for that amount of money I could just buy a new drive!!! I looked up videos on how to do it on YouTube and it only took me 5 minutes to fix the problem. they dont care about their customers except the money in your pocket. the guy could of said yeah thats an easy fix and should only take about 10 to15 minutes. I really felt like he tried to screw me over and take advantage of me. look elsewhere or do some online research if you have a problem.

Accomodating, Affordable and Local, I have and will be a repeat customer! My experience tonight solidified this for me: This is the only place I could find DDR4 RAM in town. I have a busy schedule and just barely missed their close by a minute or two, but the clerk was nice enough to reopen for a second to help me out! He was kind, professional, and patient. While it was my fault that I showed up late and normally would never ask anyone to reopen, Gizmobyte showed me that they care about making good experiences and made my day. Now, I dont have to wait and get to enjoy my new rig tonight!

Gizmobyte is excellent. They are one of the few Computer stores open on Sundays. The actual store is kinda small, but they had more products than any two computer stores, I have visited locally, combined. There prices were very competitive with not only other local stores, but also with on-line stores as well. The staff was very helpful, without being pushy or sounding like a Computer Geek know-it-all. I was very pleased with my experience there, and I cant wait to go back.

They fixed my computer in less time and for less money then originally quoted. They were also afraid they would have to wipe the entirety of my harddrive. When I received it, everything was saved like nothing had happend. They even fixed a computer tick that I didnt even mention.

Brought in my laptop to get my screen repaired and they quoted me for a new screen. When i was called, the next day, they informed me it was just a connection issue. And it was no where near as expensive. Seem to be honest and hard workers.
