What is the Copy and Print studio even good for? I couldnt find my flash drive so I called and they told me I could email the file over to print in the store. I told the person on the phone I needed some help getting the margins just right as I was printing for an invitation project I was working on. Emailed the file, drove to the store, and when I got there the file I sent over was formatted totally different with completely different font. Apparently our Microsoft Word programs were different years and werent compatible. They wanted to charge me $10 just to get the document formated back to the way I had it or 30 some odd cents a minute for me to use their computers to do it myself! I was even open to just using their "invitation" creator software if it meant I could get what I wanted and not pay a stupid amount for something I had already spent time creating. But they have no why of telling me what the margins would be before they print (all I wanted to print was text) without "guess and checking". For the hassle and amount they want for something that should be so simple, Ill just order PROFESSIONAL invitations online. Dont waste your time.

Staples should do us all a favor and close this branch. If you want the worst possible customer service experience you could ever ask for, visit this Staples. No seriously, spend the extra 2 minutes and go to the Staples at West 11th and save yourself a headache. Alternative Solution: Replace the store manager with a self checkout machine. At least the machine would know how to do its job.

On their ad it says a pack of printer paper for $1, but yet doesnt explain that you have to mail in for a rebate and it takes 4-6 weeks to get your money back. Next time I wont waist my time with Staples Ill go to Walmart and I hate Walmart but for the same amount of paper its $1.50 and you dont have to wait for a POS rebate.
