Would give 10 stars!!! Never in my life have I had a better experience at a business. The entire staff is extremely helpful and experienced. Initial contact made with Chris, Who is the epitome of what a front man should be!!! Friendly, welcoming, and experienced!!! Chris opened my eyes to options for my FJ Cruiser I wasnt sure existed and I am so glad he did!!! Reason I went in was car salesman told me about Justin, All the great things about his installation expertise was definitely on point!!! I have been in for several different items and every single time they have gone above and beyond expectations. From financing and quality of product, to amazing staff, this place cannot get enough praise from me!!! Chris, Justin, Robert, Stephan and Jordan are exactly what a business should have on the team for not just one good experience initially but every single time you step in. You feel like you are dealing with professionals that treat the customer with respect and truly go out of their way to make sure you get exactly what you want and need without all the BS normally found in todays greedy businesses. I Seriously cannot recommend this team enough!!!!!!

I appreciated the honesty of Chris; when I first walked in and explained what I wanted for our RV, he told me he wasnt going to sell me anything I didnt need. The install was fast and very clean. I went back to have an alarm system installed on the RV and it was more complicated then what they estimated as far as shop time. The previous owners had an inferior company install a system that failed but Chris and his installer cleaned up the mess and put in a superior system and stuck to the original estimate even though they put more time and effort into getting it done right. I plan on taking our other vehicle there for a stereo system install soon. Theyre great to deal with... 5 STARS all the way... Would I shop there again? A resounding YES!

I went in out of frustration from dealing with a competitor. I met Stephen who showed me different options for my Ford Expedition. He listened to what I wanted and patiently described what he thought would best suit my needs. When I came in for my appointment I decided I wanted to add four new speakers to the install and Stephen, although they were really busy, managed to include the additional speakers at the same time. I am so glad I did. I got exactly what I wanted! The install job is top notch. It sounds amazing and I know who to deal with from now on. Thanks Stephen for your outstanding customer service!

Absolutely scandalous! The dealership sent my truck in 2 get the stereo deck fixed & when I got the truck back it had a $99 deck & all my subs & amps were gone...no 7inch flip screen DVD/cd player...nothing...$3000 worth of stereo equipment was just gone and replaced with a cheap lil stereo. They thought it was the dealerships vehicle so they stripped it of the good stuff...I eventually got my stuff back but not without going in and causing a ruckus. They should have just fixed the stereo issue without being shady or stealing. I will not go back nor recommend this business 2 anyone.

I was a little skeptical about going to this location because of some old rumors Id heard about how they treat customers. I was totally impressed with the professionalism of Stephen. He treated me with respect and after listening to what I was wanting to do, showed me what he recommended. I scheduled the installation and picked up our vehicle yesterday afternoon. The install is as good as a factory installation. His willingness to make sure we are satisfied with the equipment and installation proves great customer service. Thanks for a great job.

Every time I go into the stereo store Im always greeted with a smile and a cheerful attitude! Working with Chris is always so willing to help and get me exactly what I need as quickly as possible and pointing me in the right direction to get me in and out! He has even gone out of his way a few times to make sure I got what I needed by the date I needed it! Overall a very positive experience every time I walk into the stereo store, Thank you Chris!

These guys are Awesome! I went into the store not fully knowing what I was wanting to do and needed some advise. Chris was able to help me out with the knowledge I was looking for and made sure that I got the best price available. We had a problem with getting the bass in my BMW roadster. After working with Stephon and crew, he not only made it sound better, but now my sound system is AWESOME!! Definitely the best experience Ive had at a stereo shop ever. Didnt really have an idea of what exactly what I wanted going in, Chris (ask for him when you go in) was able to take my vague idea and really give me what I needed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Corvallis/Albany area.

They didnt mount my deck in right after paying for something top of the line. I returned about a year later for them to install an audio cable into the deck and now the deck slides in and out. The man who did the install asked for cash payment for discount.

A great place to buy or have stereo equipment installed. They are also very helpful after you purchase your equipment. Even a month after my purchase when I was having problems with it, they were helpful in showing me how to fix the problems I was having.
