Drove 15 minutes just to pick up the new overwatch game. Immediately inside the door I was stopped by someone who was trying to see me some cricket phone service for 5-10 minutes and then when I went to buy the game the service was horrible.. already irritated at this point I was then told that gamestop doesnt have an active military discount which is weird because every other one does.. left without buying the game. Save yourself the money and time order it on amazon or the playstation store.

Was really disappointed when they had a sign above pre owned games as buy two get one free, when it wasnt rung up that way, we came back with receipt and the cashier just said, " oh that ended last week" and went and took down sign without even offering to check with management if she could honor what the sign said. Any other store would honor what was on sign because it wasnt our fault that no one had taken it down. Will try and not shop at this one.

I prefer locally owned game shops because you can typically get better trade in values. This place has good selection, but theyre really pushy about getting you to sign up for their rewards program.

We got a preorder game and they said it was a guarantee we would get it and never told us that they would give it out that night and so now we paid for a t shirt but dont get it

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The prices are not as great as next door at Wal-Mart, but they have some things Wal-Mart will not carry.

I liked it, they just didnt have the Game Card I was looking for, but they did point me to 7-11 that did have it.
