The manager came out yelling because I was asking to warranty a pry bar that had broken. It had a lifetime warranty on it. I dont go there often but the manager was yelling about how the Les Schwab guys "were always coming in to warranty broken tools" - he said he put a note in their accounts that they cant do that anymore and that my husbands account was also getting a note put in. We finally figured out the manager was saying this because my husband was wearing coveralls. The manager told my husband "these tools are low quality and only supposed to be used by backyard mechanics!" Ridiculous.

I seen a motorcycle jack there I wanted.... So i went up to the man at the checkouts to ask him about it and he said" I obviously cant leave here to help you out" in a very rude and sarcastic voice. I was like ok and went on to find someone else when I did spot another employee , they ignored me and went to the back. Oh well Low quality tools ,building, parking lot, and terrible employees. it was bad enough to make me wanna shop at walmart.

❌Google reviews are biased, Google edits reviews and deletes photos that are totally appropriate to the review.❌ Like the other guy said the parking lot does look a little shady with a lot of rift raft sleeping there but it has got better but just like any other Harbor Freight inside, you can get great deals when you get their coupons 20% off and up sometime. I will usually download the coupon on my phone and just show it to them.

This place is ridiculous went in there today to get a transmission jack, they didnt have it, cool but when we tried to talk to them they cut us off and treated us like cramp. Extremely rude. The one in Albany is so much better I will gladly drive the distance for the better service rather than dealing with this place I will never go back

As the guy said.... you may have to crawl out of the holes in the parking lot. Hand tools are great. The pneumatic stuff seems pretty good. Staff seems ok. Not overly helpful.

If they have what youre looking for, it wont cost near as much. And yes, you could lose a small car in one of the potholes. UPDATE: The parking lot has been paved.

Ive bought thousands of dollars of tools from harbor freight. I got 25% of coupon and you cant use it for anything over 50 bucks. Very disapointing.

Parking lot looks shady, but the store is like any other HF, good prices on a decent selection of middle quality tools.

Cheap tools to do home jobs or tools to keep in the car. I havent had any problems with the stuff sold here
