Just called to ask if they had materials to replace drip irrigation, the guy impatiently asked "well, what size?" I said "Im not sure, I think its the smallest size. But so you have them? I can just look." He then super rudely said, "Some. But I cant help you if you dont tell me what size." So Ill be going to Cole Hardware where I know theyll be helpful, even though its significantly further away.

For a small store, it has a fair amount of stuff. Prices are about what you see at Lowes and Home Depot. At least for the major items. I live near them and figuring in the gas to get to a box store, its generally cheaper. I never go there first thing in the morning so I cant vouch for them being open on time. They also accept batteries for recycling as well as CFLs.

Good selection but staff not really helpful. I took sample nails to get a recommendation for drill bit sizes and couldnt get any advice. Bought two bits, both of which were too small and had to come back to get a few more. Also prices are more expensive than online as expected.

Pushy, unhelpful staff with no knowledge of whats in their store. Huge, redundant selection of certain items and totally missing other hardware store basics like picture frame hanging supplies.

Very poor service. They dont allow returns of all "tools", even when they are in their original packaging and clearly not used.
