Recently invested in a bit of exotic hardwoods including purple heart and zebra wood both from africa. I was browsing from polycrylic to decorative corners, hinges, and latches. Out of nowhere Im told that my sideways SF hat is the motivemail in a "refusal of service". I showed them 3000$ and told them I haveven 2 cars and most of all, a mother-in-law that I was making one of the boxes for. I will NEVER shop ace again, always been a favorite til now. They sure know how to pik em.

this is the best hardware store EVER!!!! everyone that works here is extremely knowledgable and willing to take the time to explain whatever project you need to do. i just went in looking for a plunger....having NEVER done it. i was queasy and upset at the thought of having to face down plunging a toilet. the men that helped me were encouraging and gentle. AND they didnt make me feel like an idiot!!! thank you ace hardware for empowering this old lady!!!

This place is like walking into the bookstore from the NeverEnding Story, only its for tools and stuff. I go here when I realize something in my house is broken, and when I have a question about something, the guys there know exactly where the thing I need is. Its two floors, they have a ton of products, and all in all a very good small-time hardware shop. The staff are also pretty friendly and easy-going, which I can appreciate.

Doing a job for my friend and spending my own money for the project. So Im looking for the cheapest materials that will do double duty for the job. Im stopped because of the way I look after I pay cash for the items like I stole something, which I didnt. The man in question stood in front of the doors and reached into my pockets. I find this offensive at over 40 years of age and doing carpentry off and on for the past 15 years.

The employees literally shut the door on my face 5 minutes before closing and wouldnt make eye contact after doing so. I needed literally one thing and I get that people want to leave work, but it was still before the store was supposed to close. I was carrying a giant box too which made the situation all the more upsetting

Every time I have been in to Ace on Church I always find what I need. Everyone is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. There is *tons* of stuff in the store and I wouldnt have been able to find what I needed with the help of the nice staff there.

Good selection, staff is helpful but some are stubborn. Had they had more options for smaller size as few things needed all were in big size of which only 2-3% of Ive used.
