We recently bought a car from them thats ended up needing a brand new transmission two months later. After trying to get ahold of the owner numerous times, they said theyd pay $250 to help fix it. I checked my bank account today and they took out $60 more than what we approved on out last payment. We were told it was a late fee but we never gave them thenokay to charge our card for that. We are, once again, waiting for the owner to get back to us. It took over a month to get a definite answer from him the last time. Although it was a quick and easy process to actually buy the car, this is more of a hassle than Id like to deal with in buying a car. I dont recommend buying from this company.

The only honest car lot Ive found in salem. Pete was the guy that helped me, I could tell he had a lot of experience. When I talked to him about my budget, he helped get me in something reliable that I can count on instead of just something that looked cooler but wasnt going to be affordable. He was also kind and didnt make me feel stupid. I almost felt like my dad was car shopping with me. Ill always check their lot first because I know that if they dont have what I need, they wont try to sell me something. Thanks guys!

i recently bought an 09 Kia from them and I can honestly say that I dont think I couldve had a better experience. Most car lots have pushy high pressure salesmen, not this place. Right from the start they were respectful, helpful and honest. I think what impressed me the most was how reasonable their prices were, within kbb and haggling literally only took a minute or two. The name Good Cars Good People says it all!

Prices of all the cars I looked at were well within KBB fair price range, still willing to negotiate a fair deal. No pressure, but they were there when I had a question and would produce a Carfax without hesitation if I asked. We walked away from a car dealership talking more about the people that worked there than the car we just bought. I would definitely recommend them.

This is one of the best lot out there. Sales people are always willing to help out any way possible. Recently bought a Red Mazda and the process was fast and pain free. Best thing is that the cars sold there are not from auctions. They deal directly with big boss lots to get good reliable cars.
