This place is so overpriced, but not any higher quality than any other grocery store. They market themselves as a health food store, but most of their products are prepackaged processed food. Their produce section is small and limited. They dont even sell beets. Once I tried to buy razors here and searched forever, finally finding a barely visible small tray of printed out ads for razors. I brought the ad to one of the employees hoping to find the razors and she told me to take it to the checkout line and have it exchanged for razors. The people in the checkout line had no idea what it was so they had to call over two other employees before finally someone checked in the back and told me they were out of razors (but for some reason they still put the ad back out for people to exchange it for nothing?). Another time, I witnessed the manager of the store yelling at and following a young man simply for sampling one of the bulk foods. Ive spoken to the employees and they dont make enough money to afford the food in the store. I only still go here because it is the only grocery store in the neighborhood because they put everyone else out of business. Its a huge slap in the face to all of the lower income households around here.

Only because I have to give this store a star I will. The absolute worst New Seasons I have ever been to. Rude people and ignorant, lazy, and useless workers. Standing in front of a shelf, looking for an item, a worker was sitting just underneath is looking at US as if we were in her way. We apparently dont need any of your help. She sat there awkwardly watching us without even asking if she could help us find something. Apparently someone needs to touch up on the subject of customer service. Confused as to where a certain item was we just resorted to leaving this useless waste of a store. And let me mention the horrible parking lot. Little to no space anywhere! I get it that they are trying to encourage people to walk or bike and be healthier, but I havent seen any space that small since... Oh! every other New Seasons. Coincidence? Wont ever return. Extremely agitated and disappointed.

When it comes to good health New Seasons is a leader! There educated staff can answer all your questions and concerns about Organic foods and healthy choices. They have a wonderful line of cosmetics from the top of the line natural sources, Michelle, Burt bees and also local merchants. Hand made soaps and lots of choices for Vegins. No added ingredients in there products, and health food supplements from the finest made. A deli to die for that has a. Large variety to keep everyone with you happy! A cosy sitting area to eat and chat thats spicy and span clean!! This is the place that not only sells but represents the healthier life style we all need, and they dont leave out the flavor!! Parking is easy and recycle your plastics, cans and papers here. Go Green!!!

I love New Seasons. About the biggest selection of Vegan goods out there, and their prices arent astronomical. Service is almost universally friendly. Ive heard rumors that New Seasons isnt the best employer to work for lately, in particular giving their workers time off. Im cautiously optimistic they can address these issues in the future. Their Grab n Go section is fantastic, better than any other grocer out there, and that section/convenience is important to me. Suggestions: Bigger Salad Bar. Self-checkout. Consistency in-between stores (I can get a Peanut Butter Mocha at your 7 corners store, but not elsewhere? WHY?! I WANT MORE.)

i already have a full review of new seasons as a business so please refer to my previous reviews if thats what youre looking for. as for this specific location its new, its fancy, the flow is nice and make sense. this is my post yoga talenti ice cream stop on my way back home. the 33rd store is my local spot so its nice to stop into others. my other favs are this store and the new one of 33rd and broadway. they tried some exciting new things with the space on broadway despite the fact that the building complex is awful! AWFUL! come on portland, you can do better, dont be seattle.

One of the nicer New Seasons locations, which makes sense as its relatively new. Very friendly people. Good food in their grab-and-go section. Very nice salad bar, and their roast chicken are quite good -- quality chickens. My only complaints: Too many varieties of kombucha at the expense of shelf space for other beverages. It can be hard to find the baked goods that *are not* gluten-free. Ive sometimes joked with cashiers there that at this rate there will be nothing but gluten-free kombucha on the shelves within a year. :-) Oh, and their Asian food section is much too small.

I shop here mainly for my seafood & meat... I always get coconut water when I shop here, which is about 8 times a month. I was just in there yesterday and found out that Harmless Harvest brand coconut water was not being sold there anymore. I am from Hawaii and I refuse to drink coconut water except for the harmless Harvest so I was pretty bummed. Ended up finding two new brands that are 100% organic coconut water. The lady that helped me gave me one for free because we opened it so I could sample it. They always go above & beyond...

Had one of the best shopping experiences for a super market here. I know, that is an odd thing to say. But my wife and I were checking out and she was commenting that the Missionary Chocolates (on display near the register) were amazing and some of her favorites. The checker overheard our conversation and grabbed on of the boxes and let me try one for free. What amazing service! The people are incredibly nice, the food is the highest quality around, worth the slight increase in cost over other super markets. What a great store!

This is the most recent addition to the New Seasons family and is spot on with the rest of them. Same friendliest people in town working to give you the best grocery experience you can have. This New Seasons has an awesome prepared food section and a ton of bike parking, making lunch here super easy. There is a growler filling station and a large selection of organic produce and anything else you may desire from sustainability conscious grocer.

Expensive, sometimes shockingly so. Somehow they are always missing one thing I need, even really common things will be massively overpriced or not available, guess its a good place to go for certain speciality stuff but more often than not I can find the same products at a other markets for much less. Great place to shop if you want everyone to think you have money to waste, New Seasons is definitely conspicuous consumption.

It is worth stopping by here if only to grab lunch and samples. They have wonderful customer service, great fresh produce selection, and always a great selection for meals as well. I used to work near here and would stop by for a fast, delicious lunch. Their weekend events are also worth coming in for; Ive won t-shirts and a beer glass and tried every type of citris they have in their tastings. Lots of fun.
