While this is a very nicely laid-out store, the deli has a real problem. One of the best features of New Seasons is their wok bar, where customers collect the ingredients and the New Seasons deli staff cooks the ingredients in a wok. We order these woks on a regular basis at various New Seasons markets. However, the woks prepared at the Seven Corners store are very inconsistent and not well-prepared. They are either burned or delivered in an overbearing soupy sauce. There is no one in the deli who is doing any kind of quality check. It seems they just dont care. When I call the store to complain, the phone rings for minutes and no one answers. In talking to employees at other New Seasons locations, the general attitude is that the Seven Corner staff is stuck up and uncaring. I echo this sentiment. If possible, avoid this store and instead head to Concordia or Sellwood.

Last year, and the year before, employees were brisk and rude at this New Seasons store. Lately, theyve gotten better again. Management at Seven Corners needs to keep ensuring that employees are polite to customers. Two years ago, I was really dressed down by a woman at the food sample area based upon a question that I answered which she asked me about my personal opinion on a subject. I did not bring up the subject, she did, and when my answer did not please her, she railed at me and was extremely inappropriate and unpleasant. Im glad that sort of thing hasnt happened in a long time. It ruined my shopping experience at Seven Corners for many months after that. The woman had socially weaponized her role as a server at the food sample area. It was one of the worst shopping experiences I can recall in my entire life.

I hate New Seasons. Their produce has gone so downhill I may as well buy it at Freddies. Their prices are through the roof and their employees (at least in the front end) are incompetent idiots who should just shut up and ring people up so we can all get the hell out of the store. If you must talk can you at least scan at the same time??? Apparently not. I would love to have my food delivered to avoid stepping foot in there however each time I have tried (four) they choose the worst possible produce not too mention the app takes more time to use then just shlepping up to the store.

They used to serve this delicious chicken ceasar salad. Theyd grill up the chicken fresh per order, the croutons were rustic and awesome and the parmesan cheese was real. They switched over to a cold, prepackaged, small portioned salad for exactly the same price. Figures though. After companies become sell-outs and expand to Cali (San Diego), that typically happens. Shame...Also, most of their desserts come frozen now, and the defrost them before displaying in the cold case. Its basically a more expensive, pompous version of Fred Meyers.

Nice people, good food, pricey. Also this particular store took out the parking that was great for cargo bikes so its hard to park. The day it happened I brought managers outside to see and one of them said, "I didnt know bikes could be that big!" Yeah. This is in Inner SE so theres a very high concentration of people shopping there by cargo bike. They dont know their customers, or just assume people buying a full cart of groceries have a car.

I remember when I first stepped into this place and had never been to a New Seasons (or even Whole Foods) and I was just in heaven. aL The healthy and yummy food that is available is just awesome. The bakery has fresh made breads and desserts that are all really good. There is a great deli and tons of selection for food to buy that you can wat right there. I like the character of this store because it has a very neighborhood feel.

My local choice for easy and conscious shopping. Conscious in every way, between their entirely knowledgeable staff (seriously, ask a produce person) and the fact that you can return just about anything youre unsatistfied with. Theres shopping days for veterans, for the old, and for everyone. The deli has some wicked giant stir frys for flat $7. Stack it as high as you can, hint: use the cucumbers as structural siding.

New Seasons is by far the best market in the area. You will find them all around Portland & in the suburbs. They deal in quality organic foods but you will find your cheerios here too. Yes you will end up spending more than you would at Safeway but the food & selection is worth it. You can find some things here you wont find at other super markets. There are always tastings going on & they have a great deli counter.

New Seasons always has one of the best selections of a variety of foods. The employees actually look like they love their job, and you get some serious amazing service. This however comes in the form of slightly higher prices then another major chain. If you just have a few items, or need a quick lunch New Seasons is the place to go. If you need a cart load of groceries for the week, be ready because it will cost.

They used to carry New Cascadia GF cupcakes, which are amazing. They dont anymore, yet they carry a bunch of sub-par Gem cakes. This location and the Hawthorne location finally got smart and started carrying Rawdacious vegan cheesecakes. None of that soy cheese that Petunias puts in theirs, just nuts and such, you can have it for breakfast every day and not get fat hahah. Theyre actually healthy for you!

Great selection of more specialty brand products. Everything tends to lean towards organic/cage-free (you know, all that sort of stuff). Things are a touch pricier than Fred Meyer, but as its all organic the price difference doesnt seem outrageous. This isnt a Zupans or something thats more expensive just for the sake of being more expensive. Friendly staff makes for one of my favorite Grocery Stores.

Extremely helpful & knowledgeable staff (look for Linda in the pharmacy section), lots of organic and local produce (ask to sample something new), and an eclectic gift area that keeps me intrigued & laughing - these are just some of the reasons I love this store. Oh - and this location is the best in town, hands down. Gluten free rating: 5 stars Wheelchair rating: 5 stars

My wife and I shop here as often as I can trick her into going. They have the biggest gluten-free section I know of, the deli stuff is always good and their cheese is amazing. The lot is also small, people suck at driving, and the aisles are close together. And its expensive, but the quality makes it nearly always worth it, especially for anything fresh or locally made.

Parking here is crazy. Do NOT even try to use the lot if you value your paint job, the spaces are WAY too narrow, just park on on the street. Insider tip: the brand of garbanzo beans in the salad bar are superior to any other, and will ruin you for anything else you can buy in a can. Fortunately they sell that brand (which escapes my memory at the moment.)

Great variety and will make you get lost in all the cool stuff available here. Reason it is not 5 star is the small parking lot but given the location, it is understandable. Also, the deli took too long for one sandwich creating a queue longer than what one can stay for a work lunch. Food was delicious though.
