got my bike tuned there once and i am never going back. the sales associates (assholes) made me feel like i was intruding on their hangout and wanted me the hell out. raised to use please and thank yous but these guys are just down right rude! the service is average and the price is average but, its not worth the frustration going there. what was over the top was when, on my card it says C.I.D. and the associate threatened to confiscate my debit card b/c it had no signature, saying he had the authority to. like i said, theyre assholes at this shop and im never going again and i hope you believe me.

I came in via plane to visit family and brought my bike along. The "nice" baggage people had to search my bike box...so needless to say I somehow ended up with a tore sidewall in my tire. I found this shop quite by accident and they were great! They got me fixed up and in record time. Now that I have relocated to this area again (after 15 years) I will be using them in the future.

Highly recommended, they really care about doing the work correctly and making sure that the customer is happy. So many other bike shops in the Portland area just don’t seem to care they just want your money that is not the case here. This is the only Portland area bike shop I will do business with in the future.

A nice and friendly independent bicycle shop serving SE Portland. The happy and uber friendly blond really took good care of my sons bike with fastidious detail. Much better then " A Better Cycle " on SE Division Street. Money and sales seems not the motivation at Clackamas Cycle World, quality is.

Just got my road bike tuned up. They promised a 24 hour turnaround and my bike was ready to go as agreed. I have put enough miles on the bike since getting it back to know everything is working great again. I am completely satisfied and will definitely be back. Thanks!
