Bici Sport is a great bike shop right in the heart of downtown! Went in there the first time to ask about fitting a helmet and could not drag my husband away from the road bikes! Andrew the owner is really easy to talk to and takes the time to answer all your questions. This is the place to go if you are a competitive rider or just a beginner! Took my daughter to a Bike Safety class that Andrew and his cool shop employee Devin volunteer-taught today. Not only did the kids and adults learn a few tips about riding the roads in Petaluma, but got great safety checks, tune-ups and water bottles. This county is really lucky to have a locally-owned fabulous bike shop so involved in our community!

BEST Bike Shop in Petaluma! Cycling is a social sport, like long group rides. Visiting Bici is just like that -- a fun, relaxing place to hang out with the staff. You certainly cant get that experience on any web-site! Ive had great luck finding the right products, like tires, clothing, winter gloves, rain jackets, etc whenever Ive popped in. The staff is honest & gives straight forward advice about all things cycling. I also enjoy seeing all the local people featured in the on-going slide show on the big HD screen, mixed with shots of Levi and Lance in European races. Yep, Bici Sport is as good as it gets!!

Small "old school" bike shop. Took my Cervelo R3 in for a tune up, I think the owner really knows bikes, esp race so I was more than comfortable about dropping my "baby" off! The guys threw on an 11-25 rear cassette/chain and new Fizik bar tape. Great job and I was riding the same day. Also these guys ride!...Being from out of town they put me on to some great rides....I seriously would not of gone on. oh BTW dude with the shoes......if your toe is smunched toward the front of the shoe then they are to small...duh!

BICI Sport is the bike shop for me! Weve purchased a bike and a ton of gear from from them over the years and weve received nothing but the best service - every time. Their service department is awesome and I would know, my family owned The Bicycle Factory in town in the 80s & early 90s. I grew up in the bicycle business so I know what it means to give excellent service. So glad BICI is continuing the tradition of offering the very best in Petaluma!

Recently I had an accident on the bike and took the bike back to Bici Sport to look over while I was on the mend. They did a great job of looking over the bike for hidden problems and assessing the damage that was done and recommending only what needed to be fixed. There was a number of items that I thought were bigger issues that they pointed out were only cosmetic and I didnt need to fix them. Thanks guys, I cant wait to get back on the bike.

These guys came through for me when I needed some emergency help with a bike build. No I know better than you attitude here, and no complaints when I asked for their help out of the blue. They did what I needed and because of that helped me have an amazing weekend. Huge thanks to Griffin (Service Manager) and the guy on the checkout (sorry man, didnt get your name!). I will definitely use their services again. Highly recommended.

I am not an avid cyclist, but I have been to Bici Sport a number of times. Each time I have gone in, I have been greeted and waited on as if I were Lance Armstrong or Levi Leipheimer. The owner, Andrew, and his staff, are extremely knowledgeable, and helpful, and I have always left there having a very positive experience. I always recommend Bici Sport to my friends & family for all of their cycling needs. Edit - Delete

Have been in the store around 10 times. Bought my new bike from them in January. Small store, and range of accessories, but excellent service and have been impeccable with both the repair of my old bike and maintenance of the new one. If the owner is like one of the recent reviews, I havent seen any evidence of it at all. Everyones been 1st rate from my perspective as a customer.

Nice little bike shop. I have needed to buy a tube there before, since I live in Santa Rosa, but they are good folks and have nice shop. I like being about to just wander in and enjoy as well pick up something simple like a tube/tire... or just window shop. They are friendly and helpful.
