These folks are fantastic. Excellent service, very knowledgable and good at communication with clients. One of the mechanics discovered a safety issue with my stem that could have really ruined my day/year/life. Rather than scaring me into paying for an immediate fix from their shop, he suggested taking it back to the shop that installed the stem and having them fix it. I did and will go to West Seattle Cyclery for everything I need from now on. THANKS WSC!

This is a so-so shop however they have a few things to learn about customer service. They did a good job on fixing my tire however they charged for work/labor that I did not previously approve thus causing the bill to go up beyond what the expected for the final charge. Pro - they are competent and knowledgeable Con - They slip in unrequested service charges and gouge!

Great local bike shop! Friendly and professional. Techs really know their stuff. Been having trouble with my canti brakes since I bought the bike ten years ago and they tweaked them to perfection. With the full tune-up it feels likely Im riding a totally new bike. Reasonable $. Highly recommended!
