Justin sets that very high standard on how a small on-line business should be operated. Speedy and accurate delivery of orders always. Excellent follow-up and communication. When (rarely) the on-line inventory shows different than the actual inventory, he is quick to correct and make it right. I love both browsing his website and spending money on his inventory. How many other businesses could one state that about? WARNING: if you are a fan of bicycles, then Bike Recyclery is very addictive. If I could rate this with six stars, then I would.

Purchased a NOS Campag 50T 10 speed UD outer chainring to replace worn unit on my Record triple. Arrived safely with excellent packaging from Bike Recyclery in Portland USA to Javea Spain by USPS. Even after paying 31Euros import duty, overall value was comparable to new 2017 11Speed double equivalent but with correct original high polished finish so well pleased and would have no hesitation in recommending Bike Recyclery.

I have got drivetrain roadie stuff from Justin over past few years. But best was a Miyata Team Titanium 91 which he shipped to me here in OZ. I nearly fainted, it was so nice, but the site pics/description made it low risk... My preferred ride now. There is plenty of stuff out there, some very pricey, but BRs stuff is a good mix of price/quality. And easy/friendly dealings, too.

I have purchased somewhat hard-to-find shifters, cassettes and a fork from here, and always had a good experience. The descriptions are accurate and customer service / communication is great. And this shop fills a niche lacking in the rest of the bike world. Its a great alternative to ebay and when I need something specific, I look here, first.

Order arrived very poorly packed, absolutely no attempt to use packing material. Box was bulging and splitting open with everything just loose and banging around inside. Very unlikely I would ever purchase from them again.
