I was looking for a particular Giant bike. The store does not normally stock this bike, but the salesman stated they had one in the warehouse. I would have to pay up front and I owned it when it came in. Made me a little nervous paying approximately $900 for a bike i never rode before. They did let me test ride a similar bike, but it had lesser components. I took a chance and ordered it. I got a call to pick up the bike Monday 9-28-15. The caller stated they were getting ready to go on winter hours, but assured me they would be open at 10am. I arrived and the store was closed. I called their number, someone was inside and opened the door. The worker was nice enough to get my bike ready immediately. I took a test ride while they watched. I took the bike home and made a few adjustments to suit me. Seems like a great bike. Roll likes to brag how they go the extra mile fitting you to the bike. That was not my experience. It was average and the staff seemed rather bored in my opinion. They were civil to me, but not friendly. Update!............. After riding this bike a few miles, it seemed something was wrong. I took it to another Giant dealer (not a Roll). The mechanic adjusted my bikes and it seems 100% better. He stated my front disc brake was bent. The front derailleur was dragging on the chain guard. The rear derailleur was over shifting. Both wheels were out of true. Both disc brakes needed adjustment. My crank bolts were loose. I rode approximately 20 miles on the Olentangy Trail immediately after the work was completed. My bike rides much smoother. It is like night/day.

I visited all the big and small shops all over the Columbus area and received mediocre service everywhere but Paradise Garage and Roll. I purchased my bike at Roll because they provided me with extraordinary service - the saleswoman explained the product line to me and custom fit me into a bike. She let me borrow a helmet and test drive the bike and she took the time to explain all the bikes details and available accessories too. I get a free tune-up with the purchase and also free brake adjustments for life. I pick my bike up later this week - cant wait!

I loved this place. Yea, it seems very upscale at first but the people there are very friendly and laid-back. Lee helped me out and was very informed and did not try to sell be a bunch of stuff I did not need. I brought my road bike in for a fitting and bought a water bottle holder, saddle bag and new grip tape. He helped me set up everything. He also adjusted my bike and now it feels GREAT! It was a wonderful experience. Lee is AWESOME! And cute might I add.

I came to the bike shop to get my tires replaced as well as get a new tube for my back tire. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The shop was busy and promised my bike would be ready by 5PM. I received a call much earlier (around 3PM) and was able to pick up my bike early. I am very satisfied with the work and would recommend this place to anyone needing good service at an affordable price!

Went in looking for my first road bike after the last couple years of riding mt bikes. Staff was interested in helping me find a bike that fit my needs. Was eager to share their experiences and expertise when I was choosing a bike. When I purchased my bike they sized me and set it up to my liking. Couldnt have had a better experience and will be back for everything else I could need.

Had just a minor tune up done and they screwed that up. My brakes were a lot worse after they worked on my bike. Had to wait another day for them to fix it. Manager didnt seem to care. I guess because I didnt spend a lot at the shop. Im just glad I checked the brakes before I left and didnt get hurt riding. First impression is important to me. I wont be going back.

Mitchell was very patient and helpful. We didnt really know what we wanted but he worked with us to better understand our needs and recommend the options that the store had. We ended up not buying but the service was very good. Will be back.

I needed to replace an inner tube on my back tire, I brought my wheel in and they helped me replace it, while charging the appropriate amount for an inner tube, i think it was 5.99 or 6.99
