Moved in around the corner so I thought we would check the shop out. Went in looking for a bike for my older son. We found one he loved that he can grow into, we also picked out a helmet and Ken adjusted it so that it fit properly. Ken was patient and knowledgeable and interacted not only with me but both of my boys. Walked out a happy customer!! My husband returned to the store later in the day, to pick up the bike I couldnt fit in the trunk and to get his bike fixed. Ken replaced his handlebars immediately and had the bike in working order in no time. Ken also took the time to take a look at my younger sons new bike (not purchased from the store), attach a water bottle holder and took the time to ensure that his helmet was properly fitted. We will definitely be back and look forward to having Ken take care of our future cycling needs.

Bring your bike here!!!Stoney Creek Bike and Fitness is always there for me when I need them! These guys and gals take their time on your cycles, ensuring you leave with a quality product or repair--every time. I had a bad experience with another bike shop who lacked adequate training to fix my recumbent trike. After two months, I finally brought my trike to these guys who had it fixed within days!!! This is a mom and pop bike shop. The owners are great people and I always feel socially connected with who is helping me get my bikes in the best riding condition. Not to mention the deals they give me sometimes are awesome. There may be a wait, but be assured that is because they are the best, and the secret is out! This shop will do anything in their power to get your back out, and enjoying your ride.

Ive bought 3 bikes from Stony Creek Bikes and have a fourth on layaway to pick up this spring. Ive also had bikes in for countless upgrades and repairs over the years. Ken is extremely knowlegable, helpful, and the best bike mechanic around. They do get very busy during the summer and they are a pretty small operation. During those times you can tell he is under alot of stress which might explain some of the negative reviews based on customer service. I mean if youre in there to buy a water bottle or a tube while hes got 6 other customers in the store you might need to wait if you have a question... what would you expect? All that said they are the best around and the only shop Ill go to for a new bike or any kind of service that I cant handle myself.

Stopped in late on a Friday with my son looking for a road bike with a frame small enough for him. The manager, Ken, quickly sized-up the situation and gave us about three options and patiently pulled down bikes and computer listings until we found the perfect option - still in a box. My son really needed to see the bike together and ride it before he could know it was "the" bike. Ken personally assembled the bike on the spot and fitted it to him. This was beyond the call of duty given the late hour and unscheduled work. My son loves the bike and has already put many happy miles on it. Kudos to a local bike shop for good old fashioned customer service.

I love this bike shop and will probably never go anywhere again. I went into the bike shop looking for a new 2016 Specialized Ariel DIsc and was extremely pleased with the knowledge and service that both Ken and his daughter provided me with. Stony Creek Bike Shop sold me my bike below the MSRP price (local competitors wouldnt budge on pricing) and even threw in a free kick-stand and water bottle cage. Although my bike was not in stock, they made sure to have my bike ready for me on the day they promised. I will continue to use this shop for both sales and service in the future. Highly Recommended!

Ken @ Stoney Creek Bike knows his stuff. His parents have owned this store for over 40 years, and hes grown up in the business. As a result, he knows bikes in & out, and wont allow you to be matched with a bike inappropriate for your needs. He went above & beyond outfitting 3 of my kids with bikes perfect for their age & style. If youre looking for a great experience, knowledgeable staff, and the best bikes around, check this place out. Thanks Ken, the kids love their new bikes and cant wait for the weather to warm up enough to begin riding them!

Super nice when we spent $875 on 2 bikes but when I took it back because something was wrong, he treated us like 4 year olds & was pissed that we didnt spend $14 on the water bottle holder we talked about. Literally said "well why dont we just put on a bunch of them", like putting on 2 screws is a big deal. Wont be back, not impressed. But boy did Ken lay on the charm when the big money was involved. Lost this lifetime resident.

One of the worst bike shops I have been to. You would think they would treat everybody great since nobody goes there to buy anything. I came in with my bike and was greeted rudely and told to park my bike outside?! I bought handle bars there and they overcharged me by 120%. Not worth even going into the store. Just buy your stuff from amazon.

I totally agree with Judy, they are so nice intially when they are selling the bikes and after spending 900$ i had to return the bike after couple of days for some kind of noise and the guy (owner i think) was unprofessional and rude which really pissed me off!! i told my friendz to stay away from this shop!!

Took my old bike in to get a tuneup done. Dropped it off at 12pm and had it back by 3pm. Thats some pretty fast service considering the amount of work required. I would take any bike that needs servicing back to them. All the employees were very nice and pleasant to deal with.

I would recommend going somewhere else if you have the choice. I didnt get the community vibe/good conversation that other reviewers suggested. The repair prices make you want to buy a new bike. And, I think I saw a bike that costs more than my car.

The man who I assume was the owner was... eccentric. Ordered my new bike to there but ended up picking it up myself for assembly. Just picked up a pump and helmet. He included a free water bottle tho!
