Im truly a Highland Parker so when a bike shop came to my fair city of course I had to shop and spend my money there. Inside the shop is really nice 2 thumbs up but when it came to getting repairs and purchasing things BUYERS BEWARE!!! He told me over $100 to adjust my brakes and to true my front tire OMG!! The bike almost didnt cost that much, I nicely told him thats okay and took it to a shop down the street from my home, not in Highland Park, in Dearborn (on Warren at Wyoming) and he charged me $18.

They suck they are very bad not professional at all I called the guy about a banana seat and he told me that it would be $45 I said thats fine but can I see the seats where are you located he then said to me which seat would you like well how can I tell you what I want if I dont see them they are not professional at all if you want to waste your time go there

They suck ass always hanging up the phone....Lie about meeting you....Dont keep their word....Overall wouldnt recommend I mean they have nice bikes....Customer service skills HORRIBLE....
