Bought a Giant bicycle from this place. A poor job was done in assembling it. I had ridden the bike 4 times, bike throwing chain right from the start. They didnt tighten the crank and spindle assembly properly, allowing it to come loose, stranding me and damaging both parts in the process. So for the $600 bucks I spent on the bike, I got to spend additional $120 on parts and labor while on my trip. The shop I took it to while in Florida stated that the bike was poorly assembled and asked if I had done the assembly myself. I told them it was done by professionals. So yeah, all in all I wouldnt recommend them. Poor attention to detail and shoddy workmanship.

After being to several other stores that said my bike could not be fixed (would hardly look at it), I came to Continental and received first rate service. The repair shop was clear about what the issue was and repaired the bike to the maximum extent possible and made it rideable. Instead of immediately looking to sell me a new part, they looked for way to fix my bike and save me some money. Not at all the case at other stores in the area. Will most certainly return to Continental for repairs in the future and when needed, buy parts as well.

Continental bikes rocks, there selection is incredible and the service is unmatched. My wife just bought a bike from them and they were very helpful and friendly. They even persuaded her out of buying a more expensive bike because they could tell it wouldnt be the best for her. I live in Ann Arbor and it is definitely a step (or two) above anything in this town. Take my advice, if you are looking for a bike in AA it is worth the trip.

Very impressive detailed work, A little expensive but if you can afford them they make up for it in quality work. They take care of little things during work most ppl wouldnt think of. Like actually checking your tire before changing a tube for debris that not just caused it but would have cost another tube. A lot of places dont care an would even leave such things too create more work. Not them theyre good guys.

I happened upon the store while looking for a Bianchi dealer. What a pleasant surprise. Knowledgeable staff that didnt pressure you into a bike with bells and whistles you didnt need or want. A gorgeous selection of bikes. Reasonable prices. They even threw in a water bottle. Buy your bike here, tune your bike here.

Highly recommended. Bike shop owners usually have a reputation for being pretentious jerks. That is not the case with these guys! They looked at my ghetto-rigged, frankensteined bike and said "were going to make this work." They did so at an affordable price. Great service!

Ive been to the Bicycle Doctors a few times and they are always very helpful and knowledgeable. They are able to service my old Mavic wheels and I have confidence they know what they are doing. They dont have the biggest selection of bicycles, but their service is top notch.

Incredibly friendly, very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and at a damned reasonable price. If you want a bike repaired and cant do it yourself, youd be doing yourself a disservice to bring your bike anywhere but here.
