To the comment below unhappy about his return. Please remember we are a Franchise - locally owned. With that said we do not accept returns from other Play It Again Sports locations because we are locally owned/a Franchise. It states that on every receipt and there is a sign in front of the register. This was explained and we are sorry for the inconvenience. Because of the inconvenience - to figure out a solution an offer was given to buy your item back since your receipt was from another location. Apologies for your negative experience, it is rare. We are a positive and fun staff and hopefully we will see you again.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Had so much patience with my elderly grandmother after she purchased a new treadmill and had a million questions on how to work it :). The two employees who came to her apartment arrived on schedule and were very polite and professional.

Went there for my sons baseball equipment and daughters softball equipment. Got a mixture of new and used and was very very pleased not only in the product but in the friendliness and helpful in the staff but the general awesomeness of the store. Great place to go!

A lot of new and used equipment for what seemed like every sport -- baseball, soccer, golf and even lacrosse to name a few. Great prices, friendly staff. Great concept to resell. We believe in recycling!!

I just bought today a new Elliptical from there, and not only the price is incomparable, but the customer service is beyond AWESOME! I totally recommend this store!!!

They do not always have a great selection of used gear to choose from, but they are one of the only places to get used hockey equipment anywhere close to Akron.
