Absolute rudest people Ive ever encountered on the face of the planet. Get over yourselves, angry old men. After my friends were alarmed at their rudeness at the gun show, in my infinite stupidity I still purchased one just because I wanted it. I was given a business card with the incorrect hours (that they were open Sunday), yet when I arrived Sunday well within the times stated, they were closed- and the sign on the door even reflected that. So why was I given an old business card and had hours of my time wasted? I called the next day when they actually were open, and told the owner about my long (50 minute both ways) roughly 2 hour ordeal. I suggested politely that since this was his error, not mine (I read the card before I left my house) he throw me 5$ for my gas (which does not include my time. Very reasonable for him to cover my gas since my time is still gone). As he was at the show, he was gruff, rude, and brief, explaining eloquently "I cant do that." Why not? What is the justification? Hes clearly doing better than I am, hes making plenty of money selling items he doesnt have the skill to make himself, giving faulty business cards to college students, while Im struggling to stay afloat and pay rent and all else. Very classy. "I cant do that" is a cowardly lie right to my face, since he can do that, but chose not to. For some reason, classless people use the word "cant" as a cowardly substitute for the truth, "Im selfish so I wont". When a gun was stolen I called them to retrieve the serial number. I was told they were doing me a big favor, that the guy had to "dig through a ton of records" to find it. I am going to school for database admin, and yesterday at work I was testing a script I wrote, and I saw that our server at work can dig through roughly 6000 records per second. In fact, as fast as I could hit cancel (ctrl+c), 4000 records were already on screen. Needless to say, they called me back within 5 minutes (he wasnt digging through anything, the computer was) and it turns out, they were lying about what a hassle it was to try to get me to take down my review. At least stall an hour guys, cmon, learn how to lie. I have updated it to reflect the most important aspect, their classlessness when I informed them of my wasted time (I wonder if they even changed the business cards, probably dont care). The people giving 5 stars when half the reviews state the exact same rudeness are sub accounts of the owner, the owners only 2-3 friends on Earth (probably his cousins), or similarly hateful and angry old white men that identify with the loneliness and spite of Al. Other gun stores have a good selection, if that is why they rate 5 stars, they are simpleminded and have no principles. Dont shop at this run of the mill store from principle alone, or be degraded by an old guy with no friends

I have to add to the negative reviews. AL is truly a gem on the personality scale and has been for sometime. I rarely advocate spending more money for any item but, when it comes to this "facility" just drive past them and spend your money at Shoot Straight. They will at least talk to you like a human, price quote on the phone, and make your shopping experience more desirable. Sometimes its worth paying more to a deserving business. Think of it like this: Guns Galore-Walmart Shoot Straight-Publix Simple equation! Several AL? Just your shop and Derringers. Several isnt two, lets be factual. Furthermore when you talk about a "Unique Experience", Unique is quite the broad term when discussing shopping at Guns Galore, I bet the 18 year old that walks into San Quentin on day 1 describes that event as "Unique". If yourself and Derringers have nothing better to do than worry about "undercover employees and informants" from the competition not only are you wasting your time but, overly paranoid. Either way, your store, your "Unique Policies". My Money well spent elsewhere! Update!!!! Karma Karma Karma! Al????? What has happened? Al you have been so busy keeping those top secret prices of yours a secret, you (even after the first robbery) failed to take your profits from your over priced sales and place any kind of updated security in your tiny little store. Even the Sheriff is quoted as saying "Guns Galore had 12 guns stolen during a robbery on Dec. 24 but business owner had not since installed or implemented any additional security measures, according to law enforcement. "Retail gun dealers have a moral and ethical obligation to safely secure their firearms inventory from theft," Judd said. "Is it too much to ask, Guns Galore, to harden your store and make it a little more difficult for your firearms to be stolen and transferred to the criminal marketplace?" Al? whats been going on? Relying on your neighbors for security? I can only imagine those prices if you do decide to heed law enforcements warnings and place a updated security system with enhanced cameras in place. I dont naturally wish ill will upon anyone but, after many years in this community and watching several people/companies take advantage of others, its hard not to sit back and smile sometimes while you think, you reap what you sow. Hopefully youll take this opportunity to do the right thing on many fronts for not only the security of your business but, the reputation. Lightning doesnt strike twice, unless of course it has a reason.

This was the WORST place that I have ever gone to CONSIDER purchasing a firearm. The owner was the rudest and most belittling person that I have ever met. The friend that I went in with had $500.00 cash to purchase a S&W shield. right from the start made rude comments to my friend when he asked is he could show him the firearm. When my friend mentioned that he read that the S&W factory hired a 3rd shift to meet demand, the owner replied " Oh yea, you believe everything you read?". My friend replied that he considered himself to be pretty well informed and educated person that does extensive research. Then he said "Oh you consider yourself to be pretty smart do you?" At this point we were done and left. My friend is a Corporate Employee for one of the largest Grocery Businesses in the south east. Worst place ever went to. DO NOT go here for ANYTHING, even an extra mag for your AK. They were charging $22.00 and down the street is $10.99 for the same mag. RIPOFF

I have contacted Guns Galore Via phone two times within the past week and I was treated very poorly both times. I was astounded by the way I was treated when I asked for a price range (NOT a Price Quote but a Range) so I knew around about how much I was looking at. I asked about a 9mm. He told me that he had a 9mm under 200.00 then when I asked what type it was. I was told Dont you think I have provided you with enough information! REALLY? Who speaks like that to their customers!!! I guess they are rich enough that they dont need to be nice anymore. I would hate to be in their shoes when they get humbled! WOW! I cannot believe the rudeness of that place. The same thing happened to me last week and I thought I would give it another try thought that maybe he was just having a bad day. But that truly is the type of people they have representing their business! Needless to Say I will be taking my business ELSEWHERE!
