On Wednesday, I called Leonardos to see if they carry a particular dress and got a man on the phone. He took down my information and said he would call me right back and that he would check to see if they had that particular style number. I never received a call back. I then decided on Saturday afternoon that I was going to take a ride over so I went online to check the address. The address is wrong on the website and they have since moved. I called the number and asked for the current address and got the same gentleman on the phone who gave me the new address and said "But we close at 4." I checked my watch and it was 3:15 and we were right down the street. After parking and walking into the store the man greeted us with "Well, you are last minute." It was now maybe 3:25pm. I asked him if they carry this particular dress and he said no "we dont carry the couture style". If he knew that off the top of his head, why didnt he just say so on the phone to begin with. I then saw this other dress that I have seen before and liked and asked if I could try it on and he said "Absolutely not...it is too late" it was 3:30pm and they close at 4pm. I only wanted to try on that one dress! He was rude and I would not recommend going there if a tall skinny man is working there at that time. He acted like a total Queen and he could possibly be making a sale! His loss! I would not even go back there with more time just at the off chance that he would be working there.

I found dresses for cruises and special events at Leonardos Bridal that were spectacularly altered at reasonable prices and with style. Just love the accessories from hand bags to shoes to jewelry. I have recommended this boutique to many friends. When it was time for our daughter to find her wedding gown we looked forward to the superb service and great advice for pulling the wedding party together. Her dress was specially ordered from Italy and she needed a cape for a November wedding. Mr. Leonardo found them in Chicago and brought 3 gorgeous capes into the boutique for her selection. From the tiny satin rose buds on the flower girls dress to the custom shawls for the bridesmaids to special beading on grandmother’s dress, to fitting the out of town groomsmen to leading us through the process, Leonardo Bridal is THE best at complete, confident, professional and personal service. All of our wedding party felt that they were pampered and treated as family and all for a very affordable price. We came in under budget but looked like a million. I know how he does it…. referrals, referrals, referrals. When you treat people the way they treat people, paying attention to the details and making everything come out right, you are bound to be successful. We never had to worry….. they meet deadlines and pull off the impossible. Congratulations on the NEW location and the large showroom at the corner of Wooster and Detroit Road still in Rocky River.

I cannot say enough good things about this boutique, and the ladies that run it! Ive been in and out of this boutique many times over the last 6 years for bridesmaid dresses for other weddings, and now finally for a wedding dress for my own big day. Kate is incredibly sweet, knowledgable, and accommodating. While they dont have an extensive dress selection like a big box store, they will work with you to find the dress that is just right for you, and theyre able to order in dresses they may not have on-hand. I tried on my dress a few times before deciding it was the perfect one for me, and they were so kind and flexible to meet with me as needed each time. The dresses they do have on hand are gorgeous, unique and from a wide range of styles. It wasnt difficult to find one in my price range either. Furthermore, they helped me to feel more comfortable with the dress I had selected by helping me understand how it could be modified to be exactly what I was picturing in my mind. If youre looking for amazing customer service, knowledgable and kind people to work with, as well as gorgeous dresses in an intimate setting, this is definitely the place for you!

I visited a couple of bridal shops and this was my favorite from the minute I walked in. It was a cozy shop that makes your dress buying experience feel personal and intimate. I brought a large group of about 8 people with me, which is sometimes frowned upon on in boutique stores. However, we were welcomed with open arms offering whatever we needed to feel comfortable. Libby was so helpful giving suggestions on more dresses that I might like to try on, and was quick to answer any questions I had. She was also great at helping me get in the gowns before I walked out to show everyone. Well, as it turns out, they had the most beautiful dresses and I liked every single one. When I finally narrowed it down to two, I decided to leave and go to lunch to think about it. When I came back in, Libby let me try on "the dress" again to get a few pictures! I am so happy I found my dress here! To put a cherry on top, I found out that they sponsor children through compassion international with some of the dress proceeds, which is amazing! :)

I honestly never planned to look for a dress at Radiant bride as it is not close to my house at all!!!! But after many recommendations I thought I would check it out. I looked them up on Instagram and saw the most gorgeous dress. I commented and someone quickly replied with the style number so I could look it up. The shop is adorable. Theres a sign outside that says "we cant wait to meet you" which I just found adorable. The owner helped me pick dresses and try them on. It was very low pressure. I never felt like I had to buy a dress. It was a very layed back feel with soft music playing in the background. I not only found my dress but I had a great experience. After I found my dress she took adorable picture of myself with my bridesmaids outside with a sign that said "I said yes at Radiant bride". I even got a congratulations bottle of champagne! Great experience and Im so in love with my dress!!!!

After having a horrible wedding dress shopping experience, I quickly googled on The Knot to find a rated shop near my area. Luckily Leonardos was close but I didnt have an appointment. I quickly called to get a friendly voice on the other end that told me no problem, walk in and take a look around. My mom pulled the dress and I thought I might as well try it on. IT WAS THE DRESS. All my bridesmaids started crying and people in the boutique were clapping. It was so stunning and beautiful. Even with a little boutique full of people the girls still found time to help me with a veil and any questions I had. The store is so cute and cozy, I only wish I wouldve went there earlier!!! I know that working with them during the veil ordering and alterations process will be stress free and simple. I recommend Leonardos to any future bride!!
