I had shown up a bit early for my appointment, but it didnt seem to bother anyone. The girl that "helped" us gave us the run down of the dress racks and what could be easily altered down to fit me. She asked very few questions, but I guess that is because she had no intention of helping us find what I was looking for. She picked maybe two dresses out of the possible ten I tried on. When we began, she told us that six dresses fit in the room but if we find more they can be hung outside of the room. I start trying dresses on and when I come out to stand in front of the mirror I find that I will be sharing the mirror with high school students trying on prom dresses. Later on I find myself standing next to another bride trying on dresses, that made me feel real special. Needless to say there is no privacy. The girl did not help me into any of the dresses. I had to rely on my friends and family to take turns helping me. At one point, she loudly and rudely announced to my party to stop pulling dresses. There was only one person up just browsing the dresses. Anyway, I tried on a dress that needs to be clamped. At this time, the girl tells me that only she can put them on and take them off. She further explains that if we crush beads or pop them off using the clamps then we have to pay for it. That statement maybe me nervous to try on any other dresses. I keep referring to the employee as the girl because I cannot even remember her name, but I did leave with one fun fact! She did inform me that if I came back to purchase a dress she didnt have to be there because they dont work off commission. So THATS why you had a complete lack of interest in helping me! Thanks for putting it all together for me!

I would highly recommend Robyn Lynne Bridal and Formal Wear! I had an amazing experience at the store. I already had a wedding dress, and went in to the store to get bridesmaids dresses for my bridal party. We found bridesmaids dresses AND I ended up falling in love with and purchasing a new wedding dress from the store! Lindsey and the rest of the staff were so kind and helpful! The store itself is gorgeous and provided an elegant yet comfortable atmosphere. Everyone was accommodating and authentic which is important to me. There was no pressure to purchase anything or pushiness. Everyone was nice and helpful. Overall, I had an amazing experience at Robyn Lynne, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for that perfect dress!

*Under New Ownership* My nieces are visiting from Georgia for a prom in Michigan, so I brought my them to see if Robyn Lynne had anything and our experience was wonderful! The store is beautiful, the staff is lovely and they had so many choices of dresses to choose from!!! Before coming to Robyn Lynne, we went to another store where they wanted us to order from a catalog... Who pays for a dress without trying it on??? So disregard those old reviews because there is a sweet owner who did everything she could to make our experience great. My niece Kayla is going home with a gorgeous prom gown at a great price. Made an appointment to try on dresses and the manager Lindsey instead of helping me, only stood to the side watching. She was NOT helpful or friendly. She was not pulling dresses for me or helping me in and out of them. Poor customer service all the way around. Advice: shop elsewhere! There are plenty of competitors who provide friendlier & courteous service. Response to Owner: I did express the issues to the manager Lindsey & even the owner; however, neither were willing to make it right. All I received was an insincere apology for all my troubles with Robyn Lynne Bridal. Very disappointing.

We had an amazing experience at Robyn Lynne. My daughter found the perfect wedding gown. The low pressure, family like atmosphere made for an enjoyable and special experience. I found my mother of the bride gown and my mother also bought her gown here. Victoria was an angel with all three of us. She welcomed every phone call and anytime we stopped in with a question, she always made us feel like it was no trouble. Our fittings with Carolina went very well and we found her to be reasonably priced. Her work was very well done. I would highly recommend Robyn Lynne.

I cant say enough about the ladies from Robyn Lynne. I have purchased 3 formal gowns, my wedding dress and 10 bridesmaids dresses, we have even ordered my Husbands tuxes for all the events and never been disappointed. When I walk in I simply have told them lets play dress up, I have no clue what I want. At one point or another every employee has helped me, my friends and family, and they have always been so helpful. Their gowns are all of great quality and at decent prices. I recommend anyone with formal attire needs to these ladies!!!

I only had 2 months time before my wedding to order a dress, so was shopping to buy off the rack, because most weddin dresses take 3-6months to order. They had several beautiful dresses I liked, and actually hunted me down a brand new one so that I didnt have to buy off the rack. No other store even looked to see if that was an option,they just said they couldnt get me anything ordered, but Robyn Lynne managed to! Also they offered 15% off when you do buy off the rack, and all the other salons did not offer any kind of discount.

i would recommend saying" yes to the dress" at Robyn Lynne bridal anyday!!! Everyone worked with us so well I needed my dress ready to walk down the aisle in 3 months from the time ordered and they got on the phone and had my dress in the store two businesss days later it fit perfectly but I wanted the top redone to my own special dream and they got me in with their seamstress right away and my dress turned out gorgeous and in time for me to say "I do"!!! :) thanks to you all at Robyn Lynne bridal!

We had gone shopping all over Orlando, Tampa /Brandon area and Lakeland for my daughters wedding gown and bridesmaid dresses. We ended up purchasing all at Robyn Lynne. They had the best selection, store was clean and beautiful and we were treated in a most friendly fashion. This was not at all our experience at many of the other big name bridal shops. We have been very pleased with our experience at Robtn Lynne right here in our little home town of Lakeland!
