Staples used to be my favorite go to, but after yesterday, wont be back. When I walked in, three associates where at the desk just sitting. I wasnt greeted when I walked in nor was I asked if I needed assistance which I did. When I checked out with the one item I did find, I put my hand out for the receipt and Rick G laid it on the counter instead of placing it in my outreached hand. Very rude to say the least. Staples Heath Ohio definitely needs some customer service training.

I have been shopping here for years for my business. I have just started using their color print shop for my menus and posters. All the staff is wonderful and they make it happen when you need it done now. I have a hard time shopping online even with free delivery when the store is so helpful and convenient. Nothing can ever replace the customer service you get with a live body and product you can hold in your hand.

Ive been shopping here for years and love Staples. The associates at this store are consistently friendly and helpful. The people in the tech department know their stuff and wont try to sell you more than you need. I trust their input. When Ive had issues with purchases or returns, theyve lived up to their "That was easy!" name and taken good care of me as a customer.

Back when I worked there several years ago I saw a mouse/rodent scurry across the floor. Comparing it to the nearest Office Depot in Pataskala I think the Office Depot is nicer.
