I bought a computer from KTC a couple of years ago, which, according to two different computer shops was worth only one-half what I paid for it. When I told Alan, the shops owner, this, he scoffed. He said if I went to the Better Business Bureau, he would take legal action since he told me not to contact him about this issue, and I sent him an email after he said this to me. His employees are incompetent, mostly interns, who told me my problems with the computer were in my head, When I finally got Alan to look at it months after I bought it, he found three operating systems on it. It was custom built by KTC. I had been told by Alan I was rude to his employees. I spent months trying to resolve issues with getting it to boot up before Alan looked at it. They are dishonest. Dont shop there!

Sold me a Dell OEM or pirated copy of Microsoft Windows 7 Professional for my custom built computer. Had to send a complaint along with proof of purchase to Microsoft to obtain a good copy of Microsoft 7 for my KT&C built computer. Still owes me money for the worthless copy of Windows 7 Professional. If you enjoy shady dealings, bad business ethics and unsightly store housekeeping then youll love KT&C; otherwise, I suggest you go elsewhere for service / repair or to make a computer purchase.

One of the best places in Asheville to go for all of your computer needs!!! The staff are very acknowledgeable about the software and the hardware of every machine, not to mention their prices are very affordable!!! The employees are the best at what they do!! I would highly recommend going to KT&C for anything that has to deal with computers!!! I only trust KT&C!!! Keep the good work up guys!!!

I dont know what some of these other reviews are talking about, my experience with this company has been nothing but fantastic. Cheapest price in town from my experience, and theyll even do a considerable amount of diagnostics for free. Plus, usually if they cant fix the problem, they wont charge. Truly a paragon of modern business.
