Should have walked away as soon as I got the phone call that the woman at the front desk ran our credit card for the whole amount instead of just the part then immediately refunded it. We wouldve been fine with that especially since it took 3 or 4 business days to get the refund & she didnt run the transaction for the part until then & did not order the part until then. Was told my hard drive was bad. This delayed the process about 2 or 3 weeks. Then when it came in it took another couple of weeks to fix. In the meantime she was on vacation & no one was in the office anytime we passed by. Just a sign saying they would return at 11:30. Not very professional. I finally get it back after about a month & the mouse pad doesnt work. I know what it is but since its under warranty Im not messing with it myself. I took it by Staples to confirm because at this point Im leery. They said that whoever installed the driver put in the wrong code & picked a driver for a 32 bit not 64 bit. So I take it back & am told I should have it by the end of the day. 2 or 3 days later I finally get my computer back. You would think a computer with a new hard drive would run pretty decent. Again..no. I called today & same woman tells me what they did FROM NOTES because she wasnt there. Then tells me to bring it in & theyll let me know how much itll cost to fix it. At this point I pretty much lost it because shes arguing with me about certain things that she knows nothing about. Theres no way theyre getting a dime more out of me. Ive got a 5 year old Toshiba that is on its last leg that works better than this one does now. When I said I knew I shouldve taken it to Staples she actually laughed & said we work on computers for Staples. I dont know what she finds funny about all of this but I find nothing funny about it.And when I went to Staples they mentioned nothing about sending their computers to them. They may & if they do I wont leave my computer with them. But as of now I have a computer that is slow, wont connect to Google half the time & I have to shut it down 2 or 3 times to get it to connect. And I havent added anything but virus protection (FIRST THING) & a printer. I would have gladly talked to a tech or someone other than her but after she laughed & then told me to calm down I just hung up on her. You cant get through to her at all. Never would I recommend this place.

Backward, ignorant female answers the phones/handles the sales counter. Instead of listening to what a customer wants, she recites "IN THIS CASE, WHAT WE DO IS..." Impossible to get her on track. To get information out of her. Businesses should realize HOW IMPORTANT first contact employees are. Airheads COST +TURN AWAY exponentially MORE BUSINESS than the salary of a competent worker. Penny wise- POUND FOOLish. If you are desperate to have your computer repaired, this is STILL NOT the place to go!!!

Computer Connection is a great place to bring your computer issues and have them fixed by fast, friendly, professional techs. They do all things IT so it really does not matter what your problem is. AND they are cheap but not the quality! Check them out.
