I prefer Ace Hardware over the big box stores because they have figured out how to offer me the variety of what I need that the big box stores also provide. However the service and the feeling of having a "Hometown hardware store" that supports me locally as well as my community is something I dont want to lose. Everyone has a choice and I choose to support my hometown and they choose to support me.

Took a mower blade in to be sharpened. Arrived the next day to find that it was just being done when they called back to the shop for it. Brought it out in minutes later barely ground. $8.00 here to have someone that is not experienced vs $5.50 at Centerville Gravely to have someone that knows what theyre doing... Priceless!

Came here last min one night to purchase a Christmas tree right before they closed for the night. The staff was really friendly despite me being a last minute customer. Even helped me tie it down in the worst weather conditions.

One of my favorite hardware stores. This location and a second Ace location, are my go to locations for hardware. The Ace sale associates are knowledgeable and very helpful. Very easy to recommend.
