Your employees do NOT have your best business interest at heart, thats for sure! We parked the car, got out and as we were walking to the door, there was a family entering the facility. Apparently an employee was also standing there, watching as we made our way to the door, never speaking a word to us declaring that they were closed. We of course were oblivious to the time. Anyway, we made our way to the door only to find it locked. The employee stood there staring, still saying nothing, but obviously we know they are closed. Would it have killed them to service one more customer? Especially since they let the people walking before us into the facility! Highly disappointed in this SMALL local business. With customer service like this, you are likely to go out of business!

Location is very convenient, a hardware store in the middle of the suburbs. They most of what you need to finish a job you start or to replace some more common things. It seems like every time I want to go there they are closed. Once I just needed some Spackle and went in on a weekday afternoon. The doors were not locked but the employees inside told me they were closed and they wouldnt help me.

I really like coming here because it reminds me of the family run general stores when we were younger. Im not sure how, but they manage to pack in pretty much anything you need in relation to a hardware store. Fair prices, easy to get whatever you need. Helpful staff as well.
