I bought an older home in the area 3 years ago, so I have been a frequent visitor to this Ace, and have always been impressed by the helpfulness of the service. Today I was driving past and happened to have the door to my dryer in the back of my car. I replaced a broken part in the door, but had a lot of difficulty getting the door reassembled! I stopped in to Ace, thinking maybe they could help, and Bruce helped me for 20 minutes to get the very troublesome door back together! Ace doesnt have the aisles and aisles that Home Depot or Lowes does, but I love the service you get at this store. Today was just a great example of it!

The staff here has always been incredibly helpful with home repair tips! And several times Ive left spending a lot less than I thought Id have to because they showed me how to fix it for a lot cheaper. For example, I had a leaky drain in the kitchen, figured Id have to replace the whole thing. Brought in all the parts, and they showed me that a simple two dollar rubber part was worn out and sold me a replacement, and made sure I knew how to put it on correctly

Have gone here 3 times for plumbing parts. The staff that I encountered have been EXCELLENT - very knowledgeable and they stay with you until you get the parts that you need instead of just telling you "youll find that in aisle 5...". In the past I have always gone to Home Depot/Lowes. I will now go back to Ace Hardware in Loveland in the future for any of my hardware needs. Keep up the good work Ace!

Every thing is over priced and the owner accused me of stealing because i did not by the garbage product they had. Then the owner of the store followed me into another store and told them to watch me. He then continued to insult me. Worst shopping experience i ever had. But the joke is on them i spend a lot of money at hardware stores and never stole in my life!!!

The lady was so rude & kicked us out for being the the bathroom to long .BUT THERE WAS GREATTTT PHONE CHARGING SERVICE SO THANK YOUUUU. We went to look for paint after and she told us just to leave and not come back . Then we were standing outside and then 3 people opened the doors and looked at us . They were so rude .

Ace is a good local hardware store. They cant always guarantee the lowest prices but they do make an honest attempt to sell USA manufactured products if available - which says a lot in my opinion. The companys staff is friendly and honest as far as I can tell. Ill definitely be shopping here regularly.

They always have what i need and its nice to just drop into a small location and be in and out vs a huge big box that takes extra time.
