Poor customer service. My only highlight is it appears they got the right materials ordered. I but all my materials for 2200 sq ft roof from them. I never received a receipt for the rebates. I had incorrect order numbers for follow up, it took a different individual to get the right numbers for me, but i was never emailed/notified an update from the store changing them. I called in scheduled delivery, order was not ready was advised they would call me back and schedule the date once order was ready. Waited anther week i called in was advised yes it was all ready just shipping forgot to notify me. I called the store again twice today and keep getting transferred/put on Hold bc i still need a receipt because they never emailed one or dropped it off with the delivery. At this point Im out the rebate and i will never buy again from menards, i feel like i wasted 2500 in materials for poor service.

This is the fanciest Menards I think I have ever seen in my life. We were spending a day over in Cincinnati and wanted to pick up a faucet just so that when we got home back in Indy we would already have what we needed to do our little home improvement projects. When we walked in it was pure amazement. Ive never seen a 2 story Menards before. Let alone a store with a moving ramp to bring you up to the 2nd floor. It was so cool! The place is very, very clean and easy to navigate. Everything was laid out and marked clearly. We didnt interact with any associates until we were checking out....but the girl at the check out was very friendly. Looking around other employees that I noticed seem to have smiles on their face and actually talked to people that were checking out. This would be my new Menards...if it wasnt 2 hours away from my house.

Biggest complaint is how long it takes, You park your car. If you want lumber products you have to walk to the back of the 100,000 sq ft store, either take a picture of the bar code or get an order, go back to the front to pay, get back to your truck. You than drive around back, and it seems that when the yard employees see your truck coming they find a place to hide. They might greet you and tell you where to go, but that is the end of them. Be wary of info when a sales associate gives you info about their rebate. We were told that even though the product we were purchasing was on sale we still qualified for the rebate. In this case the rebate was approx. $170.00. Never received it and were then told rebate was not good. Management wasnt the least bit helpful.

Absolutely terrible. They love the brag about how they have outdoor lumberyards. But when I pulled up to the gate to purchase one 20 board with a 30 foot trailer I was forced to back out and go in the store and buy it first. Once I got inside I had walked all the way to the the store just to order the board after half me answer 20 questions about who I was in my phone number and personal information. Was told I had to go all the way to the front of the store now just to pay for. And then walk all way way back out to the truck and trailer to go out around back to get board. Wow super convenient. How hard would it be to put a cash register out at the gate by the lumberyard.......

Spoke with Luke about a pressure washer that I was considering on buying. They had 1 left in stock. I put it on hold and drove 35 minutes. When I got there, Luke told me that there was a problem and that there was no hose and or gun to complete the pressure washer. I was very frustrated because they did not take the time out to make sure all the pieces were together and the fact that I just over a half hour. He proceeded to tell me that there was another one that they could offer me which was $70 more and they can knock off 30 bucks. Really??? I think my time is more valuable than that. I will not be returning back to Menards. Customer service was awful.

I AM LITERALLY ONLY GIVING THIS MENARDS 2 STARS DUE TO MAGNETIZED CART LOCK!!! Ever since this feature what brought into the store, its ridiculous to get upstairs to shop, and throughout the store I have notice "magnetic zones" on the bottom floor where the cart will lock up for no reason. Other than that, the employees are fairly nice, although some dont have any regards for you being in your way, they just go about their job otherwise... There are a lot of great prices at this store and rebates however! I am strictly reviewing due to how terrible it is to run and and run out of this place.

Not impressed by the store. Trying to find d someone to help you is nearly impossible. Last couple times in we had to look for someone for awhile, and when we did, they had no clue about the dept they were in an had to call on someone else. We were in there today and talked to an associate, she was with someone already, and called for another person to help us. Which did not show, so we put stuff we were going to get back and left. Ill go in there for exactly what I need, the store layout is not very well organized and is confusing in some areas. Not impressed. Prices are good, however.

Quick service at the front desk getting my yard ticket to pick up ordered items. Took so long to find anyone in the yard area...long enough that I found the items myself......off loaded items I was returning, loaded items I had purchased and was ready to move on before I even found anyone to help. Went in to the returns desk and OMG..... it took FOREVER!!!!!! 25 employees all within in site and working......only 2 behind the desk and neither one moving anything near fast. BOTH were working with ONE customer while others, including myself, waited forever in-line.

We drove 25 minutes to this location to buy some lumber. We also needed to rent their truck to carry said lumber. They assured us that it would be available when we got there. At the rental counter, we were informed that it had just been rented and would be back in 75 minutes "if the guy comes back on time." Despite being furious, we decided to walk around the store, but were told that dogs arent allowed in the store. We only brought our dog becuase their website said they were dog friendly. Done with Menards!

A bit less organized that my taste likes. I had to work to get the orientation of the store on the first floor. The second floor was more like I am used to. I also recommend that this location, like other Menards stores in other states, install chargers for electric cars and plug-in electric cars. There are plenty customers with these cars that need this service. Seems as if management at the top level recognizes the existence of electric cars as other stores have them.

I definitely recommend Menards. My husband and I are new homeowners, and as such there have been numerous little things we need to buy, and the products at menards have been great. We are currently putting in a fence this weekend, and I found the employees to be very knowledgeable and patient with my incessant questioning, and we didnt stop discussing the project until I felt comfortable with the whole process and materials involved.
