Worked there, purchased power drills and things of that sort there- not terrible, but not the best. The store team was mostly nice (minus my warehouse manager who had it out for me and some of my coworkers). The team does what they can with what they have. Harbor Freight sells cheap tools and some useless knick-knack ultra-niche crap that has no place on the shelf there, I will not lie. But where else can you find a power drill for $4? -Maybe- on Craigslist? If you keep an eye on their sales and spend wisely, you stand to gain much from shopping at Harbor Freight. To potential Harbor Freight employees- Working there (2 years of it) wasnt awful, however they will expect you to try to sell their stupid replacement plan on EVERYTHING even if it does NOT need one. Due to my strong, conflicting opinion on when and why i should be selling (basically) warranty service, I ended up only seeing 8-12 hours of work per week. So, they will expect some level of salesmanship from applicants. However if you are willing/able to sell their plans, there is also financial incentive in that. Now, regarding the inconsiderate, resentful manchild who also posted about this store under the name of "Curt T", thinking its justifiable, appreciated, even, to scream at strangers who are trying to do their job. Yes, Harbor Freight doesnt have the best customer service, but, surprise surprise, we dont have the best customer base either. People like you who think theyre the only one in the world, deserve only the best things for the least time and effort, least price, yet also expect the same quality as from a company that charges 3x price for the same crap- youre not the people I want to provide my best possible customer service to. Im a person too, so, deal with it if you have to wait at my register due to technical difficulties, cause if you werent blinded by your massive ego, youd be able to tell that Im waiting on the same thing you are, the stupid machine. Curt T is a bad reviewer that only reviews places for the sake of venting his hatred and frustration somewhere, and shouldnt be taken seriously. Thanks for reading :)

The worst Harbor Freight Ive ever been in. Wife and I were there on July 4th 2015. Yes of course they would be busy on a holiday weekend, that wasnt the problem. The problem was that they only had three check out lines open, out of five. Then the check out line we were in went down too from some kind of water leak they had the night before, why even have it open. Of course I got pissed at them and laid down the few small items that I was going to buy. Also yelled at the manager and crew as we walked out with a few other customers. What I dont understand is why didnt they tell people that they had problems with the cash registers from the water leak. Who the Hell wants to wait in line to buy something for an hour. The manager is an IDIOT!!!

This place is horrible. The employees arent very bright and the managers are rude. One cant even speak properly and has some sort of horrible odor. Good luck finding anyone to help you, too. Youre best looking about twenty feet from the entrance, just follow the smell of cigarette smoke.

Not always easy to find what youre looking for, but the people there are fairly helpful. Ive found plenty of tools, and at amazing prices since getting on their email list -- the coupons in the emails are even better than the deals in the flyers they send through the Post Office.

Great place to buy items that might be use a few times. The Air Nailers are good. I put up over 1000 hardy boards planks with not one problem. The crew is mostly helpful. What can I say..... I like Harbor Freight!

Its Harbor Freight so you have to be aware that you sacrifice quality for huge savings. That being said, they have some items that are incredibly good deals and I have purchased many items there with good results.

Great place to go for some startup tools and gear. I still go in their stores for small things here and there. Ive never had any luck with power tools lasting.

They have a large variety of tools and electronics. They also sell small utility trailers, sawmills and other big ticket items at a great discounts.
