Nothing like having a friendly local hardware store with knowledgeable folks to assist you in your purchase process. I ended up purchasing a Stihl pole pruner from Loveland Hardware Store. The HT101 was all put together when I arrived to pick the Stihl unit up. I was impressed by the fact that one of the sales people took the time to walk me through how to take the unit apart as well as going outside and starting the pruner as well as letting me start it up as well. And then I was walked thru all the details of properly taking care of this unit. Nice !!! Its certainly a pleasure doing business with a company that takes pride in the products that they carry as well as taking the time to make sure that you, the customer, are totally satisfied with your purchase. And yes I would have paid more for this kind of service. But I did not need to.

Loveland Hardware employees are always very freindly, eager to help and knowledgable. They provided me outstanding service whether getting a key made, picking up plants, looking for a screw or having my Stihl blower and edger serviced. Its a pleasure to have such a great group of people just down the road. Quite the opposite of the experiance at the big box chains (Home Depot, Lowes). And what they dont stock they can typically order.

Great place. Great people. As easy as it is to just head to a big box store, THIS little gem is where we will be getting all of our hardware, gardening and general fixin up stuff. They even have a little grocery!
