Today was the best Customer Service I have had in years, Ive been shopping at this location every since I found out there was a store in Dunwoody. they were working with fewer staff members today, but Pamela Took the time to scan my coupons and helped me by telling the manager of my last minute request of a item they had in the back. Pamela kept her Excellent customer service even with customer being rude and impatient not just to me but to her as well. Please keep up the good work Pamela and the Manager in charge. Thank YOU!

Bought an Airbrush Kit on a Tuesday, found a better deal on Amazon the following day and decided to Return this product on a Wednesday. To my surprise, they charged me an 18.00 Re-stocking Fee. The Balance minus the Re-stocking Fee was supposed to be placed back on my Debit Card. Its been three days and it hasnt gotten there yet. RECAP: 18.00 Restocking Fee on a 98.00 Item. This is Highway Robbery! Slow to put your money back on your Debit Card. This store is CRAP. DONt SHOP HERE. or any Harbor Freight.

The ads are very bait and switch oriented. Read the flyers carefully, a lot of stuff is only on sale at specific days, even when currently advertised. I took a leap buying a socket set here. The extender broke the first time I used it to torque my wheels down, And the torque wrench is only rated to 80FT pounds, which is very low. Not that impressed. Low quality tools for light duty work.

My datefriend bought some great stuff to work on their car with, and at great prices! A customer behind us let us know that Harbor Freight offers lots of good coupons too, he gave us one of his to use and the cashier gave us some we can use next month! We will definitely come back.

Great prices. Better than the big box stores. You do have to be careful and inspect what you are buying because not all products are top quality....but overall the deals out weigh the "small stuff".

This is my go to place when I need a specialty tool or I dont want to spend a fortune on a one time use item. The selection is amazing; if you cant find what you need here it doesnt exist!
