Avoid this store if you want anything installed and then backed up for any issues. I have been dealing with install issues for months and no one ever calls you back and you just get passed around. I have been bounced around to 9 different people including the SM who also wont return calls. I have had 8 different contractors show up and take pictures and do some work over the last 4 months. One door they cant fix and the other they dont make in that size anymore (we had it installed in April really?) Back in Feb I orders 7 doors to be installed. They did not arrive to install them until April 5th (first issue). Upon installation we saw several issues including a door installed backwards, gouged out lock and scratched threshold to name a few. All the exterior doors leaked when it rained. The screen door had and still has a big chunk out of it near where it locks. I went in the next day and spoke to the ASM on duty who said he would take care of it...two weeks later still had not received a call. Finally I called corp and spoke to customer service who also said they would fix it and they too fell of the face of the earth never heard back form them. Two more weeks pass and I finally go into see the SM who tells me they will take care of it. A few days later I get a call from someone else at the store to set up a warranty work and they would call me back with more info. I wait a few days and get no call. I call back to find out that person is on vacation and a another person will help me. (keeping count yet?) Finally get told they have to order my backwards door and it will take two weeks to get but someone will come out to look at my issues. The three weeks pass and they finally get the door in. Please keep in mind I did have several different contractors come out but they all just took pictures and said they would have to talk to the store. The door finally comes in and the contractor comes out to fix. The backards door is fixed but the screen door does not fit right (they dont make that size anymore, I it installed it back in April). Really long story corp finally says they cant fix my issues with the threshold and screen door. I say thats fine I am tired of dealing with this and just compensate me for the doors. They said they cant do that but the store can and refer me back to the store. Said the SM would call me. Almost a week goes by and no call. I finally call and get in touch with the SM and have to explain all of this again to her, who says let me look at it can I will call you back in a few hours (this was Monday). Two days later no call so I call back and get routed to the ASM (same one form the beginning) and he says let me check and Ill call you back. Guess what.....still no call. There is more to all of this but I dont wan to keep typing. In the end I still have not heard from anyone and am still trying to get a resolution.

I must confess that 2 weeks have elapsed since my problems occurred with HomeDepot (described below) and they have now done everything possible to rectify the problem. Needless to say they have made it right by me. But he is the story anyway: Perhaps you should look elsewhere else for flooring. I should have known better when I was asking the guy in the store to tell me about different flooring options and he kept saying "go online" (this was at the NorthPoint location). After going to more helpful stores I came back to HomeDepot (Woodstock Rd.) because of a sale. In the contract on my new house I am only allowed into the house for only a short time. I was very clear with Homedepot that they had to be on time otherwise the flooring would run into problems. When they were suppose to show up they called to tell me they were going to be four hours late (To be fair Homedepot subcontracts out their flooring work and the subcontractor was late) . I reminded him about the time issue, to which he considerately, but essentially, said "O well". HomeDepot the company has been attentive but these kinds of practices ought not be how this process runs.

I dont know if its because the Roswell area has more people, a more affluent demographic, or what, but this Depot is magnitudes better than the one in my home town. In customer service, friendliness in general, and being able to actually find somebody when you need to ask a question or find something. This joint might actually rate 5 stars, relative to other HDs, but until they wheel 37 cinderblocks to my truck and load them up for me, four stars is going to have to suffice.

This review is to praise the extra effort from Dave Taylor in flooring. He went above and beyond to help my wife and me prepare to store our oriental rugs properly as we downsize. Without his expertise and willingness to help us we may have ultimately done damage to our expensive rugs. Thank you to Dave and to this Home Depot store for having someone who represents the "more doing" in the companys "More saving. More doing" slogan.

The Home Depot team at this facility really does a great job at customer service. Im always to approach by their team members whenever I look lost. I usually come to Home Depot when Im looking for something specific. They have a great selection of items. Only downside is dont come here with the expectation that you will find a better deal here as opposed to a Lowes.

This store is on my way to work, I will never, ever, stop there again, they put a team of lazy people to damage the home depot brand, Hope someone fix it , or will be closed soon.

If you want to manage the whole install process yourself, including scheduling and re-scheduling missed appointments, then the Home Depot Kitchen Design Center is for you.

If your a contractor stay away from this store. Been doing a job over here and they have the wrong people on the contractor side. Slow slow slow slow

Horrific experience. Worst store ever, wont ever be going back to home depot; as a whole, because of my previous bad experience.
