Though every person we have worked with at Best Buy has been wonderful, the policies of Best Buy have some serious issues and those issues alone will cause them the loss of our business as of today. We purchased a very nice Samsung dishwasher, recommended by several people we know and also had great online reviews. We received our dishwasher on the 18th of June. Since having it installed, we have had a repair man out to service it three times already and he will have to come back again once we receive new parts – for the second time – to try to fix it. Each time we place a service call, it is a different issue. Best Buy’s policy to declare it a lemon states that the appliance must be serviced three times for the same issue! Three different issues don’t qualify it to be a lemon! Not to mention the fact that we’ve only had it for a month and a half – there shouldn’t be any issues to begin with. On top of that, though they can look up our service history at the store, which they did while on the phone with me – I physically have to go to the store to plead our case before they will even begin to consider classifying it as a lemon. I have to find the time to go to the store and explain the same thing for the 4th time before we can begin to move forward. Then, and only then, according to their policy, if determined a lemon, we can order a new one, wait for it to arrive, schedule a time for delivery and have the old one hauled away. If no progress is made there, I will be posting more negative reviews! I have never been angry enough to write a negative review and we have been long-time, loyal customers of Best Buy, but this is unacceptable.

I went in to Best Buy looking for a VGA to BNC adapter for a projector that I own. Not knowing that BNC cables are only sold online through BNC, I approached two of the workers in the computer section, both shorter, one with short dark brown hair, glasses, and facial hair, asking if they had any of these things in stock. What I got in response was probably the rudest customer service I have ever witnessed. First off, they did not even know what a BNC cable was, which is a very typical cable used with video, through both streaming as well as projecting, secondly, they began to joke to each other about what I was saying, making fun of the things I was saying to them when they thought I didnt know what I was talking about. After making fun of me, they told me to wait for them, but I refused to be in the store any longer and left. As I was walking out I informed another worker, and asked him if he knew about what I was looking for and he actually did. So if this store actually views these, and takes these reviews into regards, please look for new workers, because your current workers in your computer section are only going to make your services bad, and are very inexperienced in what they are hired to do. Twice now Ive come to this Best buy to try and buy a laptop I could use for work at home. I need to know the specs of the laptops they have on sale due to the vague descriptions on their displays. First time was right after the holiday and I know its busy, so I was ignored. I left thinking, well maybe they missed me in all those shoppers. I went back tonight to attempt once again to speak to someone about the laptops. Two female workers and one male, walked around me for a good 15 minutes without questioning what I needed. So me and my wife sit and wait a bit longer. About another 5 minutes pass and another shopping couple come near and the workers were quite quick to spring up to assist them? I dislike playing the race card, but Asian sit there and waits 25minutes without a word, Caucasian couple comes in and they sprung into action. Simply put, I had the money in hand. You lost not only a customer but a business owner that buys quite a lot of tech. Not my first run with this place, but definitely my last. Workers are horrid and should be replaced with more properly trained individuals that want their job, instead of just getting by on their job. Wasted my time

I recently bought a new laptop here. I was talked into having geek squad clear the pc of trial software and load an antivirus package onto it. At first I just figured Id bum around and run a few errands while this was taken care of. However, when I asked the associate when I could expect to take it home he informed me the wait would be until the following day. Though not happy about this and slightly confused as to how it was possible, I accepted it and went home. Anyway, tomorrow turned into a week+, suffice to say I was/am not a very satisfied customer. I understand a business being swamped, but to purchase a new laptop and then give the business another 70 dollars on top of base price for it just so they can keep it from you for over a week is absolutely absurd. If I hadnt been totally desperate to get it home and start using a computer again I most definitely would have just asked for a refund after 3 days. I would not recommend this specific store to anyone or really Best Buys in general after my experience. I hope this helps save someone else the waste of time of giving these people their business.

I swear you people are stupid. Of course people with appointments will go first before any walk in thats why they have appointments set in place. If you wanted your laptop done that quick then maybe you should have scheduled an appointment. Your not going to walk into a doctors office and expect to be helped instantly without an appointment. If you would do research you would know you can make appointments. Its not not rocket science. Oh and by the way maybe if you didnt think you were entitled to the whole damn world maybe your experience would have been better...just saying....no one like a douche who thinks they are better than anyone because they claim they have more "$$" to throw around.

I shop here quite frequently and I have always been treated well. I usually shop here with the item(s) I need/want in mind prior to entering the store but there has been a couple of times where a question popped up and the level of knowledge on the items I had questions about was answered on the spot most of the time and if not, an answer was delivered in a timely manner. The price matching that Best Buy offers makes my drive worth the while and me a repeat customer whether it be a a movie or high end home audio equipment. Thank you Best Buy of Spring Meadows.

Its so sad. A wonderful staff, a terrific location; but if I wanted to see a Microsoft commercial I could stay home. This used to be my favorite store, but back room deals have actually made me prefer - Walmart.... Aarghhhh! Amazon and Walmart are now the electronic stores of choice; my god what has happened to us! UPDATE: Wow... How things have changed. The company is connected... CEO has it found on. Totally in the game again. Im proud of them!
