I bought displayed model laptop, come to find out it had been taken home by a previous owner, lord knows if it has viruses, called the store, was promised a new laptop, had not heard from the store, so I called and asked the guy if it had come in and he said he believed it had, he said that he had taken a laptop off the truck and I asked him if it was brand new or if it was a open box and he said yes it had been opened. I want what I was promised and that was a BRAND NEW LAPTOP, is that to much to ask for. Since we had spent about $800 in the store, also bought a $200 printer and it did not have its ink cartridge or its disk so I was promised another printer. I didnt ask about the printer coming in, I think I was to afraid to find out the answer.

This store only cares about taking your money and nothing more. They sold my elderly parents 720p Plasma TV for $100 more then you could find a better 1080p LCD TV from a good manufacture. Then when my parents called to talk about it with the manger he told my mother I, there son was lying to her and that LCD are being discontinued and manufactures are only going to make Plasma TV from now on. WTF??? Their manger is either an idiot or is lying. I will never ever shop or recommend ABC Wherehouse to anyone.

I enjoyed my experience with ABC Warehouse. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is a business, so yes they do try to get you to buy things...but that shouldnt be a shock. The staff was very willing to negotiate part of a package I purchased. I feel I got it at a reasonable price and they were very helpful in offering financing, which was interest free for 18 months. In some areas the selection is a little thin, but overall the store itself is very clean and presentable.

I havent had a better experience thanks to store manager Rodney and salesman Doug. They take care of any problems you have and are both straight forward individuals. I will continue to give my business to ABC thanks to them. I had a problem with my camera and they not only exchanged it immediately but was upgraded to a newer model (thanks to the extended warranty).

The salesman was very friendly and helpful with any questions I had, was not pressured to make a purchase. He even let me compare other mattresses, very satisfied with my purchase & experience. Went looking for a new refrigerator and ended up at ABC Warehouse after going to a couple of other places. Glad we did because Jeffrey helped us find the frig we wanted and at a price we could live with. He also helped us with delivery & haul away, financing and extended warranty. Thanks Jeff

Had a great experience!! Super friendly staff and clean store. It could use some decorations but definitely better then going to big box stores. I will be back for my new bed as they have a super good selection.

They refused to sell me merchandise on my debit card, unless i gave them my phone number, and i had id and my pin #, walked out the door with nothing, would never shop there again, my phone # is private!!!!!!!

Purchased a TV from Abc warehouse. Best deal in town! Shopped 3 different stores and abc warehouse prices were 100% the best in town. If you need a fridge, washer, Dryer, Tv or furniture go to abc warehouse

Good selection but oh do they try to sell you everything. Research price and what you need before you come here. Ask about return policy before you purchase.
