Cant believe there are times when only one-manned lane is open then the U-scans are all thats available. Other times they are fully manned. Produce section is not always stocked with fresh vegetables & fruits. High turnover rate with staff and often times constantly hearing them complain about how corporate treats them. Shop here often, up to 4-5 Xs a wk, for convenience and pricing of stock items. Meat selection is limited so usually go elsewhere for that. Other than having the pharmacist, Rich, the pharmacy Dept has COMPLETELY gone downhill. Mistake after mistake and no stock or "we meant to call you..." so Ive pretty much moved all mine and my familys prescriptions elsewhere. Rich is still old-school knowing everyones names, answering questions about EVERYTHING and being THE ONLY ASSET in that Dept! Sad though because it used to be so convenient getting all our meds as I shopped. We just have too many monthly maintenance meds between my husband & I to risk it. Do LOVE the Walmart savings catcher rewards program!!! Does become a problem when it limits the # of receipts youre allowed to scan per week. Between myself and family shopping, we exceed that allotted number many times and it cant be scanned the following week so those reward $s do not get utilized, unfortunately.

I agree that if you could give a big fat 0 trust me I would. You cannot ever find an employee, when you do and ask for something, it is always the same. What we have is whats out. Went to buy broccoli and califlour and the produce person said we are all out. Really a huge store and huge chain like this runs out of staples like this before the holidays when they are open the next day. My biggest pet peeve is. What we have is whats out. The employees are very rude, the isles are a mess and things are all over the place. And at checkout at 8 pm on a holiday week. Three registers, two of which are self checkouts. You will never see myself or our families in this store again. This turned us against all Walmarts worthless chain stores. We will stay with our favorite, Kroger. We went into Walmart prior to Thanksgiving and the produce section was pretty full but everything was wilted and or dead. I havent ever seen a chain or big box store that really doesnt care. The people that do not leave messages on here and rate it high, obvious employees.

I was at your store yesterday (Sunday 1/1/17) as I passed all the fish I noticed some dead beta fish, there were nine plastic bowls and four bowls had dead beta fish and five were still alive and the water was nasty cloudy. This really sickens me, as I pass all the neatly shelved items and clothing and food but living things arent taken care of, this is not the first time Ive seen poor conditions of your small little section of living things not being taken care of. To you a small little fish might not mean anything but to some people a living creature still has to be taken care of for they have no voice. Seeing the condition of the very small Area that has to be taken care of for living things compared to the whole store that is completely taken care of makes me question the managements priorities… Are nonliving things more important than living things?

This location needs to learn how to answer a phone. Calls upon calls and nothing but ringing. So, i call the novi location to ask the same question. I spent 2 minutes listening to two idiots figure out which department to transfer me to. Once i start the transfer (who really knows since they dont have any music, ringing, or retarded ads to listen to), i spend another minute in silence before i get fed up and call back. Second time i asked the same exact question to the same person. She answers my question with her own question "Would you like to know about it, or if its in stock" as if she was going to put a little more effort into her job and answer my quick question herself, none the less i answered and didnt get a response (assuming im now on hold????) Regardless. Walmart employees standards are just as low as their prices.

Every time we go to walmart, its always a horrible experience. fist experience: we tried to simply get 1 gallon of paint mixed. We asked 3 different people and nobody cameto help. Afterstaningthere for 20 mins we had to call the service desk from the paint area. They gave us anttitude and sent someone who DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO MIX PAINT. 10 Minutes later somebody finally came. 2nd experience: we are here getting an oil change and 2 tired replaces. We've been here for over an hour and what have they done? Took off 1 tire. That's it. I'm so done with walmart. Everybody stands around here and does nothing. Changing 2 tires takes 20 mins. Oh and our latch is broke on the hood of the car, so they refuse to change the oil. I hate this walmart.

My boyfriend & I read on the Walmart website that you could cash payroll checks 24/7 at any register, any lane. We went in at 1:30am because we desperately needed food & gas. There were no employees at any lane or self checkout. We went back to see the guy at electronics to see if he could do it or so he could page someone for us. He called over the speaker & no one showed up. The stockers had no idea where anyone was & were talking on their walkie talkies about no one being upfront or anywhere else. We wasted our time & limited gas for absolutely nothing.

I went to the tire center to get a ride plugged, only to be told it was too close to the edge and they couldnt help me. It was about an hour before they closed, and has no other customers. The kid working didnt seem to want to be bothered and they wanted $10. My husband ended up going to a smaller garage that was able to plug it no problem and only cost us $5. I wont be coming to Wal-Mart for any car related needs any time soon. Support local businesses, they arent always more costwise and actually WANT the business.

Went there to make a purchase. I saw the tag on the shelf said $197 so I loaded it onto a cart and took it up to the cashier. The cashier scanned it and told me my total was $275. I stated the price on the shelf was $197, to which she said NO rather loudly at me. I said that is what it was marked, can we check. She said no, it is too big of a difference. So, after this rude experience my son and I left. Will will not be back to this store. We went and purchased the item from Target, should have gone there first.

The store always looks like its going out of business...shelves half empty ...35 lanes 1 or 2 open (not including self checkout and small order registers)...I waited in sporting goods for assistance for 30+ minutes a few weeks ago..I ended up calling the front desk and it still took 10 minutes at least for someone...then they didnt even have the key for a cabinet that actually has a broken lock that "has been broke for weeks" that was according to the associate ....terribly ran store....
