I cannot express enough how great my experience with Eric at QuickTech was last week. I work from home for a Fortune 500 company and live close to QuickTech. I had a very large presentation that I had been working on for several weeks on my desktop - along with a lot of other files I needed. The day before the meeting my hard drive crashed and my computer screen went totally black. The IT department at my company told me I had to ship the computer to them and it would take at least 5 days to get my computer back to me. Thankfully I called QuickTech. Eric told me to bring it in and he would look at it immediately. He took out my hard drive and was able to recover all documents on my desdtop within 15 minutes and saved me a lot of extra work and time. When the IT department at my company looked at my hard drive they told me it was totally lost and there was nothing they could do. I cannot thank Eric and QuickTech enough for their expertise and excellent customer service!

Prompt and Exceptional Service at a Reasonable Price - Quick Tech Solutions has been servicing my families four computers for over ten years. Needless to say, you dont stay with a company for ten years unless the service is exceptional. On numerous occasions, my family has had problems with our computers. We called Quick Tech and a technician immediately logged into our computer remotely and resolved the problem. Recently, my Mother-in-Law had a problem that rendered her computer useless on a Sunday afternoon. My Mother-in-Law needed her computer fixed that day. Eric Opris, the owner of Quick Tech Solutions, drove from South Lyon to Taylor during a snow storm that Sunday and had her computer fixed within an hour. Thats exceptional service. If you are looking for an exceptional company to service your personal or business computers, I highly recommend Quick Tech Solutions.

This place is great! I had an appointment to take my MacBook Pro to the Apple store in AA because I spilled a can of coke on my laptop (yikes!). I couldnt get in to the Apple store for several hours. I called QuickTech and he offered to open it up for me to see if any of the coke had made its way inside. When I got there he opened up my laptop, fortunately everything looked dry. Using an air compressor he cleaned it out a bit and then sent me on my way, no charge. Im beyond the warranty, so Im pretty confident that I would have had to leave my laptop at the Apple store and I would have had to pay a fee to get it taken care of. So very grateful to have this location so close and convenient and also to know I can trust them. If I have any computer issues in the future I will definitely use QuickTech and would highly recommend to friends.

My computer was on its last legs so I purchased a new one from another store. I took it to QuickTech Solutions to have them transfer files from my old computer to my new one. Andy waited on me and came across as very knowledgeable and professional. He even took time to explain some of the features on my new computer, even though I didnt purchase it from him. He also advised me that the anti-virus software that the salesperson from the other store said I needed, wasnt necessary. I was able to return the software and that saved me $50. I would highly recommend QuickTech Solutions. They were reasonably priced, and completed the work in a timely manner. Thanks again Andy for a job well done!

The screen went out on my Toshiba laptop. Although, it was still under warranty, the store I bought it from wanted to keep it for over three weeks. This is a work computer, so this wasnt a possibility. I called Quicktech, they called back immediately. I brought the computer in, they ordered the part that day. Since I needed it through the week, I brought it back on Saturday. They had it fixed in an hour. They were very professional, friendly and informative about other computer questions I asked, especially for a person who knows pretty much nothing about the mechanics of a computer. I would highly recommend them and will be keeping them in mind for all my future computer needs.

These guys are awesome. Ive made use of their services a number of times but the latest was the most impressive. After a large amount of burning hot coffee somehow found its way into my MacBook Pro they managed to bring it back from certain death. They worked with me to backup my data in a time crunch and then worked to find the path of least cost to get the thing back up and running. If you need a computer fixed Quicktech is the way to go. It also helps that theyre honest and that they have a cool shop dog to keep you company while you fret about the loss of a very expensive computer.

I was freaked because all of my files and some bookmark folders were gone! Found Quick Tech on line and called. I was told they would work on the problem for 15 min for no charge and would begin to charge if it took longer than that. Gotta tell ya my first thought was "yeah right". I showed up at a couple minutes before their 11A open time and walked in. I was out the door, problem solved, in about 10 minutes. No charge. The tech was friendly and quick to go to work, make the diagnosis and fix it. Top notch all the way around. Ill be back when the need arises!

Very Highly Recommend I came in with what I thought was a broken fan. I expected to drop it off, pick it up in a few days, and pay some X dollar amount. Instead, Quicktech Solutions took it apart right in front of me, fixed it up, and ran some software to double check their hands on work. They had me on my way in 15 minutes with no charge. I would recommend QuickTech to anyone who needs computer repair. They are very friendly and get the job done quickly. I recently had some viruses on my computer and they stayed after hours in order to fix it and get it back to me the next day. They definitely appreciate their customers and will go out of their way to make sure you are happy! I had a great experience working with them and I have never had any complaints with their service.
