I was in the sprint store when the employees got word of a bad review on someone who works for sprint but does not work at that store. Ive been going to this store for years and never have met this gentleman. I can tell you I would bring my business anywhere else and Im picky about where I spend my money. Ive worked with Issa, Janelle and now Brittany and Ive never had an issue with any of them. They care about you as a customer. While I was there yesterday Janelle had remembered things a customer had told them in a story from a previous visit. I also seen both Janelle and Brittany both set reminders on their phones for things they had to get done for customers. I appreciate the extra effort they go in making sure their customer is satisfied. I wont go anywhere else and its because of the customer service. Sincerely, Bret Heckler

This store has been the best Sprint store I have ever been to. The sales reps I dealt with were Tommy( the assistant manager and when I came back to pick up my phone I delt with Ross the store manager. Both of the reps were very nice and helped me so much. I have been to many different sprint stores in the past and this one by far has been the BEST!!! Highly recommened everyone to come here! I was assisted as soon as I walked into the store and they actually LISTENED to me and all of my needs and took care of me and I am proud to say this has been the BEST store I have ever been to.

I was very blessed to meet janalle who is the assistant manager at this store. I am not tech savvy at all and my phone stopped working. I went to the store in new hudson thinking i was going to have to pay a lot of money for another phone. janalle was so kind to spend quite some time with me to get my phone working again she also went above and beyond and retrieve all my important information i thought I had lost. If you want to deal with a honest very kind and very helpful person go see janalle. very nice young lady, god bless her.

I was very impressed with the service at this store, even though I had to wait about 20 minutes to be helped I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in and the reps kept me posted on how much longer it would be. Their customer service is on point. I was frustrated with sprint at first but Janell helped me resolve all my issues, got my family and I new phones and put us on a cheaper plan. They have great team work and I walked out of that store as one happy customer. This is the sprint store to go to. Go see Janell

We just switched over my husband to Sprint, and it was the biggest mistake of our lives. The associate there didnt even know what a SIM card was! He messed up the home address, and sent the first bill to the wrong address. We still managed to pay it on time, but now with the second bill they TRIPPLED the amount it was supposed to be! Im extremely dissatisfied, disgusted, and OUTRAGED~! Never EVER go to Sprint! If you want to save yourself time and money, switch to Straight Talk... Thats what I have. Enough said.

Honestly the best costumer service I ever received! I went to two other sprint stores to that were not able to help me with the problem I was having and finally this one not only solved everything, but they did it very quickly. If anyone is having problems with their phones I highly suggest this location and I recommend Marvin to everyone. Not only was he very helpful, and genuine but he made what I thought was impossible to fix, possible. Thank you Marvin for all your time and hard work!

We have been going to this store for years, the second you enter the store you are greeted with a smile and cheerful attitude from the whole team. Janalle is always willing to go the extra mile to be sure you are completely satisfied ! We have 5 phones on our plan and I wont switch carriers because of this team. Janalle is professional, courteous and efficient. I appreciate how they value my time and handle things quickly. If you want a pleasant cell phone experience, go to this store.

Even though I was very upset to find out the previous store manager Issa is no longer at this location I still had a great experience with janell. She is absolutely sweet and helpful, she always goes above and beyond to make sure our business is well taken care of. I got a new phone and she helped me set everything up, from my emails to our security system that was set up on my phone. If you go to this store only deal with janell i promise that you will not regret it.

This is the VERY BEST store for your Sprint products! We have never been disappointed and always leave feeling so good about our visit! The staff will exceed your expectations every time you walk in their door. They will be able to take care of any need or issue that you have and they always do it with Courtesy and Respect! ISSA and his staff are absolutely the BEST!!! I switched all five of my phones from Verizon (after 10 plus years) to Sprint and I could not be happier! I am in a business that deals with the public so I know how important customer service is. The staff is great from the minute you walk through the door. Excellent customer service. I was on the phone with sprint several different times to activate a phone and it just wouldnt work. I went into this store and within a few minutes my broken phone was removed from my account and a different one activated. Julian was the best. Thank you!
