Everyone here is so friendly and personable! A.J. in particular gave me a great experience! Hes so well-informed on the products in the store and an amazing conversationalist! He made me laugh and smile, which made the trip to the store fun, enjoyable, and worth it! To say the least, ask for A.J. if you want a memorable and happy experience!

Went in no one acknowledged me. Was looking to buy a whole knew system for my sons but not having knowledge of anything I needed help. The one guy working there looked overwhelmed with customers. I left because it seemed like I would only be bothering him with the kind of help I needed

Nice staff and great help. Have gone here for some pre-releases and the employees have always been nice and helpful. As someone who isnt a big fan of game stops this is defiantly one of the better game stops out there.

Went in there today and one of the workers was very rude and made me and my buddy uncomfortable the employee who looks like one punch man is cool but Natasha I believe is very rude and made us feel uncomfortable

The store manager is awesome and the assistant store manager in great as well! They will go out of there way to help you and make it a great shopping, experience.
