This is the first review of any kind that I have posted for any store. I could not believe how fantastic two employees were at the Henderson Sears store in a time of need this summer. My daughter was graduating the next day, company was coming, and my refrigerator/ freezer went out. I called the store and explained the situation. Within 2 hours I had purchased an excellent back up freezer and refrigerator, mini versions, at their store, and they were delivered by Sears and set up in my home. Thank you so very much for going above and beyond the call of duty to save the day!

Waited 15 minutes to checkout. They had one employee working, and they wonder why Sears is bankrupt... terrible customer service.
