They have a good assortment of tools and hardware, if you take the time to find it yourself. The number of kids working there makes you think that would be jumping in front of each other to help you. Not so. The last two times I have been in looking for particular items I know they had. Some "help" was stocking shelves and others were playing grab ass at the front registers. I walked through the entire store without being asked if I needed assistance. If I want that experience, Ill go to Home Depot. Walked out. Drove to Gilberts and was assisted and on my way in minutes. Gilberts is a little further away, but its where Ill be shopping from now on.

Love it! The old fashioned way to shop. People who know where stuff is and know how to use the merchandise they sell . And are happy to help you. Actually happy to help. No really there is such a thing. This is the go to hardware store for over thirty years.. Employees are helpful and will talk you through step by step on any job you have. Also the fact that they know what house you live in and have helped your nieghbor with same problem helps a lot. Love this true value.

I wanted to like true value, it seems to be better than ace and Ive been buying my grass seed their. Today I went to buy Kentucky blue grass and I looked in my bag and noticed. I was grabbing the wrong seed. I was not the Kentucky blue grass was not Kentucky blue grass. The high priced seed is actually low value seed under an expensive name. Its actually cheap seed for a high price.

Theres a Home Depot thats literally across the street from me, but Id rather travel an extra mile to go to DeRonnes. The staff there is knowledgeable and friendly and frankly carry what a hardware store should, HARDWARE. No stoves, refrigrators, or area rugs. They also have a large selection of pocket knives. Now thats my idea of a hardware store.

I love this place! Good old fashioned Hardware Store! I have walked in with parts & staff has helped me fix 60 year old plumbing, electrical, gardening equipment etc. If they cant help you or refer you, you should probably give up, lol Good selection of Carhart apparel. Friendly helpful staff! Neighborhood Gem!

I love going here. I used to go to lowes but I only feel like another number here. Deronnes has that small town family feel. As soon as you walk in the door you get asked if ypu need assistance. I highly recommend going here. If you can, talk to the owner, he is a real great guy.

Awesome I love this place they always have what I need or can tell me where to go in the rare cases they dont, everyones warm, friendly, and pretty knowledgeable about the things they carry, and they always offer awesome advice on how to attack a project whenever I ask!!!

The people are wonderful but some times the price on plumbing parts can cost 200% more then a Warren pipe,good service is great but u dont want to feel like u got ripped off
