I buy all my Sthil equipment here: 2 $700 blowers, chainsaws, weed eaters. I spend a lot of money and time in Ace. Today I "interacted" with Daniel at the service desk at 11:45am, to get his help understanding how to remove one attachment so I could purchase another one. He never made eye contact, asked for my name and told me it would be 4 weeks to repair it. It wasnt even broken. He wasnt even attempting to listen. I asked his name and he walked away! I asked again. He kept on walking. Finally another older gentleman that works there told me his name--Daniel. I told him he has an attitude and what a jerk. On my way out I called out his name and politely said goodbye Daniel. Again, no acknowledgement, nada. Super disappointed in this Ace. We just moved to this neighborhood but Im taking my business elsewhere because of this bad apple. I hope the owners find better help soon. He is a liability

I recently struggled with getting out of the store with a full and unwieldy cart while 3 of the employees stood around together making jokes. I bought a 50 pound bag of sand that day too and, instead of offering to ask one of the males who work there to help me load it, the checker just told me where to pick it up (and that was only after I asked). There was no one behind the store when I drove back there so I had to load the 50# bag myself. Im not a pretty young thing, which Im sure influenced the mens decisions to ignore me. I saw them helping a young woman earlier. This was very rude. Ive had much better help at Home Depot or Lowes when Ive bought heavy items. The men that work there should be ashamed of themselves.

I live nearby and stop here all the time. The employees are great. Every single one you pass asks if they can help you find something, theyll take time to answer all your questions without rushing you, and always have a smile on their faces and seem to actually like their jobs! If they had bread and milk I wouldnt go to the grocery store

Good Ace location. I always get gas refills for my grill here and they have a punch card to get a free one after you buy 10.
